“Smooth payroll process

Pros

Using SaasAnt with QuickBooks has really made my life easier when it comes to managing accounts. I don't have to enter stuff one by one anymore, I just load everything in bulk and it handles the heavy lifting for me. No more bouncing between tools or getting stuck fixing file issues.

Cons

Sometimes it goes down and it holds up payroll on our end until we can upload again. Usually they're quick to fix it but still, it throws off the timing when you're trying to stay on schedule.

“Great option for file imports

Pros

I have used it mostly with csv and iff files and it works great. It figures out what fields match on its own but if I need to change anything, thats easy too. Before locking anything in, it gives me a chance to look everything over which helps me avoid messing something up. If something's wrong, it points it out so I can fix it quick and try again.

Cons

I really wish the software could pick up whatever date format I'm using and just adjust it automatically. Right now, I'm pulling data from two different systems that each use different formats, so I have to jump into settings and switch it before importing. Bit annoying.

“Easy and Clean Tracking

Pros

Didn't expect it to be this simple but it actually picks up on repeated transactions and helps stop duplicates from slipping through. Makes it way easier to keep everything clean without wasting time double checking manually.

Cons

There are moments where I feel stuck when trying to figure out certain features but nothing major. Just takes a little clicking around sometimes before I get where I need.
