“Outdated platform

Pros

I really appreciate how easy it is for me to handle work orders and create invoices. It saves me time and makes the whole process much easier to manage without unnecessary complications.

Cons

The software feels pretty outdated, what we really need is bulk serial number entry when receiving inventory, plus a way to scan those numbers directly to work orders or invoices.
