My SiteDocs Overview

Pros

It's infinitely customizable. If you already have a paper-based safety program that works, you can recreate it online, and it's easy for anyone to use. Other programs make you learn their way of managing safety. SiteDocs lets you do it your way.

Cons

Because it is so customizable, you need some lead time to create all the forms you want. This isn't difficult but takes time. I wish they allowed you to duplicate a form you have already created and modify it, then rename it. This would save time but is not currently offered.

Excellent Safety Compliance Management Program

Pros

All documents are available at employees' fingertips, including SDS, training records, incident management, inspections, and much more.

Cons

SiteDocs Is Easy to Use!

Pros

It's simple to use. Easy to create forms and templates for daily, weekly, and monthly inspections and Field Level Hazard Assessments. Great for record management and easy to retrieve past reports for COR audits. Editing past forms is easy too.

Cons

It used to be that you couldn't attach PDFs to forms, but now it looks like that has been resolved. I haven't tried it yet, though.

Save money and time by using Excellent Software for Safety documentation

Pros

I found this software program very convenient. Setting up employees and locations is simple. Doing reviews online and having them emailed immediately is a fantastic feature.

Cons

The drawbacks are only features not currently available but hopefully will be in the future. There are several elements we would like to see in SiteDocs. A feature to notify management about incomplete forms would be very beneficial for safety and compliance.

Pros

I like being able to take existing forms and checklists and seamlessly integrate them into a living document that is updated daily.

Cons

As a user, I have to create every form I use. It would be helpful to have standard forms that could be customized by adding or removing a few lines to make them my own.

Great product, even better service!

Pros

Incident reporting and Analytics are the most beneficial for us! Tracking and analyzing incidents in our large facility has greatly helped in reducing risks. I also want to praise the customer service team for their outstanding support.

Cons

It depends on your industry and settings, but there are times when it can be challenging to address every situation. For instance, when an incident report is signed, it's emailed to specified individuals. Sometimes, those emails can be cumbersome, but this varies based on industry and organization size.

It enables our company to communicate necessary information on-site with our workers and ensures that everything that needs to be completed is done without visiting each site to review paperwork.

Cons

I wish there was a way to allocate site-specific information PDFs, such as hazmat reports, call before you dig info, site-specific safe work procedures, etc., to a site. This way, when a site opens their app to complete paperwork, they can also review the mentioned documents.

Pros

It puts safety in our crew's hands. There is more buy-in now that access is simple (easier than walking to the trailer to fill out another form). Accountability has also improved.

Great H&S Solution

Pros

Our employees work in construction and report to multiple locations. SiteDocs allows all employees to access the same documents and forms at every site. Admin can see everything happening at each site and customize what is required.

Cons

The documents stored on SiteDocs for employee access are saved on their devices. If this was cloud-based, it would be much better for them.

Effective Safety Monitoring

Pros

This software lets you monitor documentation that others fill out in real time. This is helpful for quickly responding to mistakes or being aware of necessary changes. Everything you have on paper can be digitized with this app. You can also organize and tag documents for easier use during audits.

The best safety management tool

Pros

We operate in 12 states with 200+ projects and 700 employees. The safety team couldn't do their jobs accurately without SiteDocs. Monitoring each project daily for toolbox talks, site audits, and new employee orientation is great, and the team couldn't manage without it.

Pros

The ease of using the software and the amount of information accessible to our employees is great.

Cons

Creating the forms was very time-consuming, as was uploading existing training documents. Downloading the app on different phones has also caused some issues.
