Setting it up was simple, it's the best for payments

Pros

The deployment process is very easy to follow and having clear oversight of employee spending has been a huge improvement. The automated invoice collection keeps our accounting team organized and efficient. Plus being able to set individual credit card limits gives us the control we need making everything run more smoothly.

Cons

Well I noticed the card does not work with all merchants though it's gotten much better over the past few months.

Lost almost to �3,000 because of them

Pros

Spendesk platform is pretty simple to navigate and does exactly what we needed it to do.

Cons

When we closed our account they kept nearly A�3,000 of our money and would not give it back, plus the communication just stopped completely and all we got was a measly A�100. Basically had our funds stolen so I would never recommend putting any money into this platform.

So simple anyone can use it

Pros

I really like how everything stays organized from tracking progress to creating digital cards and centralizing all invoices. The timing feature is definitely the most valuable part of our workflow.

Cons

Really not much to complain about. The maintenance windows can be a little issue for some but I feel like it is something that can be ignored.

Onboarding was great but things got worse after that

Pros

During setup my contact was engaged and helped us get multiple global entities onboarded in record time. Our team likes the interface.

Cons

Our account manager was completely unresponsive and could not resolve any of our critical issues. They pushed us toward the NetSuite native integration which turned out to be a disaster. So don't make our mistake and avoid it at all costs. It took months to roll back to our manual processes and clean up the mess it created. Even when our CFO escalated this as urgent, it took over a week just to get a response and they still could not provide any real solution. The documentation was terrible too with almost no guidance during setup. As a finance team, we are pretty frustrated with the lack of support. If your using NetSuite seriously consider other options as this just is not scalable for growing companies because the integration simply does not work.

Makes managing and tracking expenses pretty easy

Pros

I cannot find anything wrong with this expense tool as it's definitely the best one I have used so far. The interface is very user-friendly with a consumer grade design that makes tracking expenses really easy.

Cons

Cannot think of anything that needs fixing right now.

Helpful app for monitoring employee expenses

Pros

Spendesk software is really simple to use and the scanning feature does a great job recognizing expense receipts most of the time. Also setting up our expense regulations digitally was surprisingly simple too.

Cons

There are occasional performance issues but they have been fixed recently.

Covers everything I need

Pros

I really like being able to upload receipts straight from my phone. All payments are in one place and the deployment process is really simple too.

Cons

I feel like the booking process could be more streamlined and there is definitely room for some minor interface improvements.
