Assertive Payment Processing Approach

Pros

Stax Bill makes payments and the entire billing process fast and free of errors.

Cons

It has met all the necessary accounting requirements for businesses. So we have no complaints or cons mention for now.

Best Friend for Small Business

Pros

I really like how simple it was to add clients, customize settings and send directly to their emails. Tracking AP/AR was not a problem not as it was all so smooth. Stax Bill also has this feature that gives a complete overview of trends, marketing sectors and achievements over various periods, like a week, month or year. Also it is really helpful to get a visual breakdown of whats happening!

Cons

At times the invoice payment history before a certain date would just disappear which is not nice.

Pros

Stax Bill streamlines a companys billing while also making subscription management easier by automating the processes involved.

Cons

Stax Bill cost is quite high compared to other programs on the market so it might not be the best fit for small or mid sized companies.

A decent option to consider

Pros

Software interface is clean and visually appealing and it lets me update my clients accounts quickly and professionally.

Cons

Up to this point, I have not faced any sort of trouble which is a really good sign when choosing software.

Stax Bill Subscription Software

Pros

Our company selected Stax Bill as our subscription software and billing system. We are currently in the process of integrating it with our internal systems. The standard accounting reports are great.

Cons

One limitation is the daily cap on API transactions. They rely more on batch processing rather than real-time transactions. They used to be a full-fledged billing system.

Good for the cost

Pros

Stax Bill is easy to use. Setting it up was fairly simple and it works well for our customers.

Cons

Adjusting to change is tough so getting everything set up was not the easiest though that had more to do with internal issues than the system itself.

Stax Bill for the helpdesk

Pros

Well the self service portal for our customers, the ability to automatically update cards and the ease of changing or upgrading subscription plans make it more secure.

Cons

There are minor glitches like sometimes the address fields malfunction when updating billing info and if another account is open in the same browser, changes may get mirrored across accounts.

Love the Software

Pros

I really like how simple everything is. I love the new features mainly how much easier it is to track cards that are about to expire. If I need assistance customer support is always there to help. Even when I have to leave a message they respond quickly.

Cons

What I liked the least was the credit card expiration notice. It would be great if there was a similar feature for expiring subscription plans as well.

Could be better

Pros

In terms of features, I think it is one of the best software out there. However they should improve the sandbox environments. The user experience needs to be smoother and more easy. It can feel slow and overly complex at times.

Cons

Subscription and term management are handled in a way that I believe meets our expectations as much as possible.

Stax Bill has a modern interface

Pros

The interface looks modern and is fairly simple to navigate. Some features are hidden and hard to locate but after a few weeks it becomes second nature. Overall I am very satisfied.

Cons

Not much to complain about. There are a few things that could be easier to find for first-time users but once you get through the learning curve the interface becomes pretty easy to use.

Stax Bill for Startups

Pros

Stax Bill is a solid first step into legitimacy for a small startup as it covers all the essentials. My favorite aspect so far has been the customer service. The weekly meetings with our rep have been really useful.

Cons

The user interface is confusing and there is not enough focus on the overall user experience when it comes to navigation.

Excellent Support, Excellent Team, and Ever Improving

Pros

Their support team is amazing! They are quick and helpful whether you reach out by phone, chat or email. Plus, they are regularly making improvements. I am really enjoying the new dashboard customization options.

Cons

Invoices are set in stone once posted and cannot be edited unless deleted which affects the general ledger. Also the reports are not the best but all the data points are there, so if you are good with Excel you can work wonders. I really wish they would integrate with ChartMogul.
