Easy loan management

Pros

TimeSolve Legal Billing is very adaptable for mobile use and simple even for those not very tech-savvy like myself. The customer service is also a standout. When I occasionally need assistance, the staff responds promptly with clear information. Overall, it's a fantastic product.

Cons

So far, I haven't faced any issues with this application.

Not impressed

Pros

Sunrise's invoicing feature used to be a total win. They had Stripe payments, customizable templates, the works! But ever since Lendio stepped in, the quality just tanked. What was once smooth and reliable now feels clunky. Really hoping they bring back that OG efficiency because it's been rough.

Cons

Dealing with Lendio has been a nightmare, a terrible company and even worse service. I wouldn't trust them with any of my financial needs.

Not a fan

Pros

I used to like the user interface but it has gotten worse over the years.

Cons

My biggest problem is with the current owner of Sunrise and how they've treated early adopters. Lendio acquired Billy, rebranded it as Sunrise, and immediately restricted users outside the US and Canada, despite them having paid for a lifetime license. Recently, they've started forcing early adopters to pay monthly for features they already purchased. It's understandable to charge for new features, but forcing payments for existing ones like modifying invoice templates or syncing transactions with PayPal seems unfair and disrespectful to customers.

Perfect!

Pros

I predominantly use this software in hospital settings. Having been familiar with it from my previous job, I've found it incredibly useful in my day-to-day tasks. It simplifies everything into one platform, eliminating the need to open multiple browsers.

Cons

Since I mainly use it for patient records and data entry, having more templates available for different settings would be beneficial.

Fits my needs

Pros

I like being able to track my invoices easily knowing which ones have been sent and which are overdue. The customer portals are an added bonus that I find very valuable.

Cons

It would be great to see some of this functionality incorporated into a mobile app.

Amazing software

Pros

I love how easy it is to use, especially the free version, which is a great help for small business owners just starting out.

Cons

Pros

This software is packed with financial and bookkeeping features that I haven't fully explored despite using it for two years now. I've been with them since the beginning when it was called Billy.

Cons

There aren't many drawbacks, but if you're not a CPA or a similar professional, you probably won't use the majority of features included in the free account.

Fast and Efficient

Pros

Sunrise has made my accounting life so much easier. It runs like a dream on any browser, and I don't have to mess with manually typing invoices or tracking payments. The platform handles all that in a snap, and now I can just check updates instead of sweating over them. Sunrise really stepped up my efficiency!

Cons

Setting it up took a bit of time due to the plethora of options available, most of which I probably won't ever use. However, it does exactly what I need it to do.

I've been using this application for a couple of years now, starting when it was under a different name before it was bought out. I like its simplicity in creating recurring invoices and storing client information for payment collection.

Cons

There was an unexpected issue where customers were suddenly rebilled, although it's actually a useful feature. It caught one of my clients off guard.
