Pros

I find this software very easy to understand for any user, even those without much experience which really helps with quick onboarding and daily use.

Cons

There are certain features that you would normally expect to be included by default but instead require additional payment. For example, inventory adjustments do not show differences for manual correction, instead they are automatically adjusted which can be limiting for some users.

Pros

I can access the ERP remotely, with real-time inventory updates. It also connects easily with Shopify and electronic invoicing in Panama, plus their tech support is almost instant.

Cons

We lack a written manual specifically covering the accounting part of the system. Having such documentation would help us feel more confident about the steps to follow and allow us to work more efficiently whenever we have questions or doubts.

Pros

The system is simple to use across nearly all its features. It's very user-friendly, especially for people who are new to this kind of software.

Cons

At times, when handling large volumes of data, downloading reports can be quite slow. It would be very useful to have built-in reporting capabilities within the system itself to avoid the need to export data and perform additional work in Excel.
