Pros
Effortlessly syncing between payment platforms like Stripe, Square, and PayPal saves me an enormous amount of time. The smooth integration of these platforms streamlines my financial management, significantly reducing the time I spend on manual tasks.
Cons
Limited historical data syncs are a drawback. It would be nice to have the option to purchase additional credits upfront for historical data.

Pros
When investigating payments, searching through transactions is easy. The user-friendly interface makes it simple to locate specific transactions, which greatly facilitates the process of tracking and verifying payments.
Cons
One month per year, we exceed our synch limit in our plan. It would be great to pay extra for 50-100 more synchs for that month.

I'm a new user, so I can't comment much yet except for the implementation assistance, which was outstanding. Anna asked all the right questions to understand what I needed, then guided me through every step to configure Synder and QBO to integrate the two products exactly how I hoped. This is crucial for a successful implementation, and honestly, not something many companies get right. Synder did.
Cons

Pros
Synder has a team that can speak to me instantly via live chat, or I can request a Zoom meeting. Accounting can be very time-sensitive, so having the Synder support team available when necessary has been crucial. Shout out to customer service team for their support and patience in helping me deal with a multi-channel issue regarding Amazon FBA, Shopify, and many other platforms. We figured it out after several meetings, and they were right there to help along the way.
Cons
I don't have many cons to share, except that setting everything up perfectly can be a bit challenging, especially with multiple sales channels. However, the key is to persevere through it, set it all up correctly, and avoid accounting headaches later on.

Pros
It connects sales from multiple platforms to QBO and has the option to roll back the sync, giving me a chance to fix errors and resync correctly.
Cons
The setup process is somewhat complex. You have to configure all products and services precisely in both POS systems and QBO, so it takes time to iron out the details. I recommend running it in small batches to understand how the sync sends information to your P&L.

Pros
This app syncs all of our Stripe payments into QBO in nearly real-time. I would recommend it for that efficiency and accuracy alone.
Cons
The subscription price seems high if you don't have a lot of transactions. Also, a recent fraud prevention charge has been added to every Stripe transaction, which means if you have 100 syncs a month, it covers only 50 transactions instead of the previous 100.

Pros
It performs exactly what I need for bank reconciliation and automatically categorizes transactions. The features work effectively, making my accounting tasks much easier to manage.
Cons
I expected the setup to be easier. It took a while to figure out how to categorize refunds separately from regular product sales, especially since our refunds category was set up as income rather than an expense category with a negative balance.

I currently primarily rely on QuickBooks for our administration but use Synder to consolidate sales from four platforms (Etsy, Amazon, Square, and PayPal) into a single administration. Synder grooms the data before it is received into QuickBooks. The product works really well, and when I ran into problems (twice), tech support was very supportive and left no stone unturned to resolve my issues. At first, I was nervous to spend the money for our starting business, but by now, they have proven to be worth every penny.
Cons
Synder's transaction-based pricing model is quite clever. As a new user, I started syncing records before I had all the product mappings sorted out. Now that I'm more familiar with the product, I realize I need to go back and rerun historic transactions to align them correctly with QuickBooks Inventory management.

Synder saves a lot of time with syncing transactions and all the itemized data from each transaction from Square over to Xero.
Cons
We use many Square locations, so we're frequently connecting or disconnecting them. While this process is usually smooth, sometimes it takes several attempts to correctly connect a new location.
