“Automatic billing is predatory with no notice and Synder refusing to refund anything a day after billing.
Pros
Installing it was not too difficult. However, phone support is only available for premium accounts, not the lower-level ones.
Cons
My account had my email registered, but Synder charged my card $500 without any prior notification. I noticed the charges a day later and reached out, but they refused to refund any part of the yearly fee, despite my not intending to use it at all.

Pros
I appreciate how it functions. I love its convenience and how straightforward it is to use. It's also quick, as I've never encountered any bugs. Also, it's very affordable compared to other applications. You can use it for work or business. Give it a try now.
Cons

“We love Synder!
Pros
I love Synder! Running a small business with numerous daily transactions, syncing with QuickBooks manually would be a nightmare. Synder has made the automation process seamless, and their support team is always ready to assist. They recently helped us set up everything smoothly after a payment processor switch.
Cons

“Nice product with a lot of functionality
Pros
Unlike many users, I use Square POS for restaurants. The standout feature for me is the real-time import of Square transactions. What sets it apart is how each transaction is handled. With Square for Restaurants and a Square checking account, Synder logs both the sale and the transfer to the Square internal "checking" account.
Cons
It's not necessarily a Synder issue, as none of the others support this either, but I do wish there was Square support for other Square transactions. Square now offers checking and savings accounts, debit cards, and loans, none of which sync with these software products (including Square's own).

“Big Time Saver
Pros
I need detailed transactions loaded to QB Desktop, not just daily summaries. Tracking inventory for apparel involves thousands of items. Most interfaces I found only provide summaries. Synder gives me the detail I need and correctly places transactions into the right accounts on QB Desktop. It's a huge time saver.
Cons
My main gripe is the inability to map the item name to a field in QuickBooks. As someone with a technology background in programming, I know field mapping is part of setup functionality, just not for this specific field. Despite multiple attempts to explain, my concerns haven't been addressed. I'm left paying staff to manually update each transaction's items. Fixing this would earn this software a 100% rating from me!

“Syncing with QuickBooks not ready for Prime-Time
Pros
I admire their flexibility, and their support staff really listened to my feedback for changes. Even in the short time I used their product, I saw some of those changes implemented. This shows that their developers are eager to improve and adjust their software to enhance its effectiveness.
Cons
This product has not saved me time importing Amazon and Paypal transactions into QuickBooks Desktop. The process is error-prone, and the configuration interface could be more user-friendly, reducing miscommunications. During my few months using Synder, I spent over 100 hours troubleshooting. I even had a corrupted QB file that required restoration from backup to start importing almost a year's worth of transactions again. The hands-off onboarding process led to initial issues that could've been avoided with more time spent understanding QuickBooks' account and classification structure. Improved onboarding could have saved me a significant amount of time.

“A Huge Time and Money Saver

Syncing Stripe Payments and QuickBooks has been a huge time saver. Previously, my bookkeeper manually entered the batches and payouts, which was cumbersome and time-consuming, especially since QuickBooks doesn't natively integrate with Stripe Payments. Now, all Stripe transactions import flawlessly into my books daily. This not only saves time but also reduces bookkeeping fees. It definitely pays for itself every month.
Cons
I've encountered syncing issues where I received error messages like "not enough resources" or "access denied." Waiting 30 minutes and retrying the sync helped me bypass these issues.
