Fantastic support!

Pros

Once things are set up, bringing our payment platform transactions into QBO is automatic and painless. I love their support. I have contacted support via chat three times for help with setting up rules, and everyone has been very knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Kiryl was my helper today, and he did a great job leading me through the process of setting up two rules which I had previously done incorrectly.

Cons

As a new user, I find the process of creating rules somewhat challenging, but I'm gradually learning.

Great product and fantastic support

Pros

This SaaS efficiently synchronizes my Stripe transactions with QuickBooks. It's both fast and precise. The tech support is exceptional. Today, I interacted with the customer support team, who were knowledgeable and patient. They truly understood the system and provided clear, actionable guidance without wasting any time. The chat support is superb.

Cons

I have no complaints at all; I love Synder. It's fantastic software, especially if you need your QBO to communicate with Stripe.

Great Customer Support!

Pros

I'm probably not using this software to its fullest potential, but I find it super valuable for importing Square transactions into QBO for three clients. It took a bit to get the setup sorted out, and there have been a few tweaks in the software interface lately that I had to get used to, but overall, it's a great product. And when I do need support, they are a click away! If they can't get to me right then, someone will call me back. I've had great experiences with customer service.

Cons

Initially, the setup process felt somewhat clunky and less intuitive, posing a challenge. However, we persevered and eventually resolved any issues that arose. Moreover, the newly introduced pricing model may not be the best fit for my smaller clients, prompting some reconsideration and adjustment in our approach.

Just what we needed

Pros

Great integration between Stripe and QuickBooks. Really helpful customer support representatives (shout out to customer support for being so accommodating and pointing me in the right direction).

Cons

It could be more flexible when purchasing additional credits.

Great support and product!

Pros

The auto-sync and the support are awesome. It's great not to worry about everything syncing correctly. They don't miss a beat!

Cons

While navigating Synder, I've encountered a learning curve at times. However, the software compensates for this with exceptional support services, which have been invaluable in overcoming any challenges I've faced.
