TopNotepad is a great invoicing and accounting tool for someone who does not have a strong accounting background but needs something simple and easy to use. The dashboard interface is simple enough that even a novice user can start learning it on their own.

Cons

Although the software is quite simple to use it would be really helpful if they provided an in depth video tutorial. This would allow new users to fully understand all the features. Other than that everything else seems quite standard.

I really like the invoice features and online payment. Honestly I like it all.

I did not come across anything unusual when I started my new business, but I hope you will offer more payment methods in the future.

Pros

I was looking for a tool to manage expenses for my team and found this website. By using the trial version, I could see the benefits it offers. I can add multiple customers, estimate expenses, manage invoices, payments and refunds and even import products. The site includes two categories: Sales and Purchases which helps make the business very clear. The accounting functions also assist with the cash book and bank book. I think the features are sufficient for managing my business and the trial version is a good way to explore before committing to a paid account.

Cons

I think its fine from my perspective so I do not have any criticism to offer.
