Pros
TopNotepad interface is simple and easy which makes it easy to access the platform. I do not need a lot of knowledge to manage it.
Cons
There is not much to complain about. However it I talk about its price, it is not fair to expect the same features as a high end commercial ERP.

“TopNotepad a software that helps you organize your invoices”
Pros
I used to struggle with generating compliance reports for my tax returns. It was a manual process that took almost two days each month to consolidate data and create VAT returns. But now with TopNotepad software I can get a real-time VAT report quickly which has saved me a significant amount of time.
Cons
It would be really useful if the software could automate the data entry for recurring monthly expenses like rent and salaries. Ideally this feature would add these expenses automatically on set dates and let us edit them if necessary. Overall, I am very satisfied with the software.

Pros
As per my personal experience with Top Notepad, it is very user friendly for business and payment purposes as it includes billing and note-taking. I mainly use it for specific and important billing tasks. It does not have bugs or issues. Also it works smoothly without any lag.
Cons
There is nothing specific that is bad about this software, but it could improve by offering better ways to recover deleted notes or adding features for notifications, reminders or faster information retrieval.

“Top Notepad is great for billing and invoicing”
Pros
What I like most is the billing and invoicing feature. Previously we used Tally for accounting but Top Notepad offers a great user interface and is very user friendly. It also supports CRM, vendor management, inventory management and financial management. It is a detailed or you can say all in one tool for daily tasks in my organization.
Cons
Earlier, we struggled with Top Notepad and even reached out to customer support. They seemed unaware of the options available or how to fix issues that were not working for us.

For me one of the best features are tax calculation and online payments. It is really easy to use and when I started my online business from scratch, I used to handle everything manually. Integrating this software into my current business processes was smooth. Simply put it is simple and easy to use mainly for a newbie like me. One feature I find particularly useful is the customizable invoicing. It is handy for meeting different customer or client needs.
Cons
Well, I do not see any features that are missing or need improvement. It seems very optimized for user ease and there is nothing difficult about using it. I integrated it into my existing business easily. However if I could suggest something, it would be to remove the customizable invoicing feature. This way clients would need to adapt to a standard system rather than getting special treatment.
