What I really appreciate is how feature-rich this platform is, plus the team consistently goes above and beyond to accommodate our specific requirements.

As we've expanded beyond Series B, I've noticed that some of the standard documentation doesn't really fit our needs anymore.

The service quality from beginning to end was outstanding for me and the platform really organizes the entire EMI scheme launch process. It made everything much easier and more efficient than I expected.

The only downside I can think of is the cost but honestly you get what you pay for with this level of quality and service.

The team, especially James and Becky, handled our requests with incredible care and attention. They stayed ahead of things with proactive communication and offered great recommendations for every concern we had. I'd definitely recommend going with the guided bundle, it's worth it.

Navigation can be pretty tricky when you're just starting out, so I'd definitely suggest going with the guide bundle if it's your first time using this.

Pros

We had a pretty complex setup with 5 different share classes and some very specific requirements that needed sorting out fast. While other platforms basically told us they couldn't handle our situation, this team actually deployed their developers to modify the platform for our needs, no extra charges or difficulty. The onboarding and investment teams were incredibly responsive and I was impressed by how quickly they could adapt their software and provide such personalized support. It's refreshing to work with a SaaS that's genuinely flexible and agile.

Cons

I can't really think of any major issues right now. As long as they keep building out new features and making improvements, this should stay competitive in the market.
