“Customizable system”
Pros
Across our franchise network, The Maids relies on Waterstreet as our core operating software. One of the biggest advantages is how customizable the system is which gives us a lot of flexibility in how we use it and adapt it to our processes.
Cons
Reporting can be improved. The system didn't include everything we needed at the start so we ended up creating some of our own reports to fill those gaps.
