“reliable mileage logging
Pros
It's a simple system for logging my travel distances and costs and for mapping out my trips. Recording my daily driving takes almost no time.
Cons
Driving around a big city like London makes it nearly impossible to recall your exact path, so you can only really log the total miles driven

Pros
The platform is very simple ! I especially love the built-in maps for tracking distance, it even suggests different paths. I'd tell others to try it!
Cons
Attaching receipts can be a little tricky sometimes though this might be because of how my company configured the system.

Pros
As a first-timer who had never submitted a cost report, I thought the steps were simple to follow. The layout is very welcoming and clear.
Cons
My only suggestion is to get a confirmation email when the request is submitted not just when it's approved. I kept logging back in to double-check it was actually sent.

Pros
The system is logical and simple to operate. It's packed with options and can be used in various situations. For a person who isn't great with technology, I've had a very positive experience.
Cons
There's a copy function but I'd love a feature that remembers my frequent trips for mileage reports. I'd like to name and save routes so I can just select them instead of typing the details every time.

Cons
On my phone, I sometimes can't pick a picture from my gallery to upload. I have to send the photo to my computer first to add it to my report.

“Saves time with auto-calculation
Pros
My pockets aren't stuffed with paper slips anymore. I can just snap a picture on the spot, add it to my report and toss the physical copy. This makes my paperwork much simpler and saves me time. My car travel is calculated for me automatically too. At my old job I had to manually log every trip, but with this app, I just enter the postcodes and it handles the math. It even figures out the reimbursement for my electric vehicle.
Cons
I get constant emails and alerts reminding me about an open report which gets irritating! I know it's there, I create a report at the start of the month and add to it as I go, then send it in on the last day. I don't need the reminders for a process that works perfectly.

Cons

Cons

Cons
While the main website is generally simple, the phone app often has problems. I've frequently had to switch to the desktop site just to get logged in and finish my reports. I'd use the app more if it were more dependable since the upload and menu features are helpful when they function.

From my perspective as the person entering the costs, the system functions well. The mobile application is particularly good for capturing receipts, as you take a picture, it automatically reads the date, vendor and total from the bill. This saves an enormous amount of time.
Cons
You can't add PDF files using the mobile app.. you have to use the full website. For someone who is often traveling, this is a bit of an inconvenience.
