Xledger software has a highly intuitive design, which makes it quite easy to navigate. Even people with little accounting experience on our team able to get the hang of it pretty quickly.

Cons

Like any cloud-based platform, I do have some concerns regarding data security.

I really like how simple it is to use. Plus billing customers for mileage on the company car is quite easy too.

Sometimes, it feels a bit too complex for me with so many functions available at once.

Their OCR engine for purchase invoices has really helped speed up our processing time and we no longer need to manually enter data. Plus, the automatic postings for bank entries have made managing our finances much easier, so we can focus on other important parts of the business.

I feel like the interface could be more simple. Additionally, navigating the filters and reports takes a bit more effort than I expected. However, Xledger still provides valuable financial management features.

Pros

Xledger lets me model complex hierarchical structures of entities, which is helpful. Plus the interface is pretty advanced and the integration options are top-notch which makes everything work smoothly together.

One thing I've noticed that each new release tends to come with multiple issues and the communication about when or how those issues are fixed isn't always clear.

Working with the US subsidiaries of European companies is very smooth since we're all using the same system as the parent company. I have been using Xledger on and off for more than a decade now, and I can honestly say their service has always been top-notch.

I believe the interface needs an update. For infrequent users, locating specific tasks can be challenging, and the filters and reports aren't very intuitive.

Xledger really helps SMEs save time with great tools like its OCR engine for processing purchase invoices and automatic bank entry postings. The licensing model is flexible which makes it easier to scale and keep things perfect as our needs grow.

Customer support is not the best. To make it more clearer, I feel like they respond slowly.

As per me, it's one of the most advanced SaaS ERP systems out there. Also it is really easy to market and switch partners when needed.

I feel like we could really benefit from a few extra features. A partner portal like Visma's would be great, along with open GraphQL for integrations. Automated bookkeeping and reconciliation would save a lot of time too. Also, having a system for administration, planning and QA for customers, like PowerOffice, would make a huge difference.

Pros

Since switching to Xledger, we've saved a third of our processing time compared to our previous system. Their support is fantastic, with issues resolved quickly over the phone. Plus the interface is easy to navigate and the usability is high. Three things I would recommend about Xledger are the partnership-like relationship we have had from the beginning, its cost-effectiveness and its powerful reporting and dashboard features.

One thing I wish for is the ability to perform statistical KPI reporting.

Xledger is a very user-friendly product. It doesn’t take much time to be implemented. Plus, the features that this software offers are quite amazing. In short they have so much to offer in comparison to other softwares. The other good thing is that it is cloud-based and is not expensive at all. With so less price, it offers great value and support. Plus it is a very well-designed product and they do listen to your suggestions for the products future development. So from my side, this product is recommended to anyone who works on multiple projects.

I think it would be awesome if they added a link to the payroll and it would also be great if there were more integrations available with client records.

Pros

Being cloud-based, Xledger software gives me an easy access to my business from anywhere. Additionally, their team has been highly communicative and supportive throughout the installation process and continues to provide excellent support.
