Pros

Managing and navigating the software is easy and it has a user-friendly interface. I can also easily connect it to my email.

Cons

Some invoices come back to me even after sending them to the respective department.

Lots of functions but hard for lower-level users.

Pros

I enjoy the convenience of not having to make physical copies of invoices and send them to finance via internal mail.

Cons

The learning curve is too high and I have not received sufficient guidance from my organization. The training video I watched did not adequately prepare me to effectively use the product.

Yooz!! Great software!

Pros

Transitioning from using MP2 which was a complete mess, to this software has made my job significantly easier. It was also a smooth learning process.

Cons

I cannot think of anything I dislike. It is possible that its just because I am still in the learning process.

Pros

When the software transitioned from Yooz Only to Yooz Rising, I also loved the additional features like impersonation and the feature to customize the layout.

Cons

The "rising" software has significant room for improvement. The OCR does not read documents accurately, and sometimes the documents flip to the wrong angle for unknown reasons (despite meetings held to address this issue). Additionally, duplicates are not always detected.

From my end, I simply approve what has been processed through Yooz from my shop. The software is quick, easy to learn and offers a fast processing experience.

Cons

Pros

I find the writing recognition feature to be excellent and I am very grateful for the fact that it syncs seamlessly with QuickBooks.

Cons

When I change the vendor it erases all the previous inputs I entered.
