“Interesting and fast

I really the automation feature which significantly speeds up invoice processing. Its also worth mentioning that its one of the most secure cloud platforms I have used.

Cons

The AI technology is new to me and even though I am not familiar with it, I am confident it will improve over time.

Pros

Yooz caught my attention because they matched the pricing of our previous AP software while offering additional features that seamlessly integrate with our new Microsoft Dynamics Business Central 365. Although the accounting software itself is not user-friendly or easy to integrate, the customer support team went above and beyond to tailor our Yooz account so that it syncs perfectly with Business Central which results in a smooth workflow.

Cons

Occasionally, when new upgrades are released, they disrupt our integrations with Microsoft accounting software. When errors occur, I have to contact the team for resolution and while they promptly address the issues, I wish these errors did not occur in the first place.

Its great to be able to search all fields and easily retrieve older invoices.

I cannot think of anything negative as the software fulfills all my requirements.

The support team is what stands out to me the most. They have been very helpful in setting up our account, getting us up and running, and providing troubleshooting assistance. The learning curve has been smooth, and the accounting accuracy is impressive.
