“ZarMoney is great

Pros

ZarMoney makes handling invoicing super simple! It removes all the uncertainty from the invoicing process. What I love most is the pay now button. I just add it to my invoice and customers can pay right away. This works perfectly for customers who prefer to pay without having to create an account.

Cons

At the moment I have no dislikes.

“Easy to use except the mobile app

Pros

My main priority was to complete my bookkeeping as fast as possible with as much automation as I could get. Since I do not deal with invoicing, I did not want to be forced into using it. Customer support really helped me figure out how to make the software fit my needs. There were a few things I did not like so I suggested some changes for their roadmap. I was surprised when one of those changes was applied in just two days!

Cons

The mobile site layout can sometimes be difficult to use. Most of the reports are designed for invoice users but if thats what you need the reporting feature will be great for you.

I like how easy it is to use and how simple it is to manage everything that our business requires.

Cons

Its lacking a few features. That said the development team is very responsive and usually adds or fixes features when you bring them up.

Pros

After years of frustration with QuickBooks, ZarMoney was a breath of fresh air. Its so much easier to use and the cloning feature makes it incredibly fast to work with.

Cons

I honestly do not have anything bad or negative to say. After two years of using ZarMoney I have not found a single con!

“Zarmoney offers simplicity without sacrificing necessity

Pros

The customizable dashboard is simple and easy to navigate. There are not a ton of options to sift through, plus the search bar is always accessible which makes it easy to find what you need without getting lost. The simplicity of the software is excellent especially when every feature actually serves a purpose. There is nothing unnecessary in ZarMoney, unlike other software I have tried that had a lot of extra, confusing features that did not help with my transition. The reports are perfect for daily reviews and editing documents or data entries is really simple. I have not had the software long enough to fully use some of the reports but I can tell they will be useful for running my business. Finally communicating with vendors and customers within ZarMoney has been exactly what I needed.

Cons

So far, I have noticed a few things that are not quite ideal. When it comes to importing and exporting data if there is identical information in fields above or below, the data does not always populate, so I sometimes have to manually enter important data points. Also, there is not a direct way to add a customer or vendor from the dashboard, which means I need to go through two or three extra steps to do that. Lastly, I did like the ability to back up the entire database which was something I could do with my previous software. Although there are export options in ZarMoney, I do not feel as secure without having all my companys finances backed up on a thumb drive.

ZarMoney has all the features I need at a reasonable price. The tech support is great and there are plenty of videos that show how to import data and set up the system.

Cons

Some important fields are missing in the forms but after watching the videos I was able to add them.

I like how affordable it is plus it offers the best tools and settings for consumers compared to other companies.

What I like least is the product launch and how difficult it is to switch from a different provider to ZarMoney.

It is great for invoicing and accounting and its really easy to use for someone who is not familiar with other accounting software.

There is a division of different categories but that might depend on how individuals organize them.

The automation for creating invoices works really well and since its cloud-based, it is easy to use.

It works well for small companies and small teams only.

I really like the alerts feature as it helps me stay on top of overdue payments which allows me to quickly take action and keep my finances in check.

I wish I had more options to adjust the details and formats to fully customize them to my needs.

The search options do not always show all products related to the search and the relevance order is not always accurate.

I like how affordable it is plus the customer service and ease of use are impressive.

Sometimes I have to log in twice before it lets me in and when searching through inventory, I have to type the exact name as its entered in the system. If you have a lot of inventory, this makes it hard. It would be better if I could just type part of the title and it would pull it up.

“Recommended to small businesses

Pros

We used ZarMoney for our small business and the tutorials were very helpful. The platform is user-friendly which makes it perfect for small businesses.

Cons

The mobile app is more limited compared to the web version which was a bit disappointing. But aside from that, I do not have any other major complaints.

It is easy to use and the menu is simple to navigate. The monthly plan is also reasonably priced.

Live support could be better and there are not enough apps available.

It has turned out to be a solid accounting system. I did compare it to QuickBooks any day and I have been in this business for 25 years. Thanks ZarMoney there customer support team staff for helping us get started!

There are not many issues as most of our accounting and inventory control needs are met.
