Coveo offers unique, personalized experiences and is incredibly user-friendly, even for non-technical users. It integrates smoothly with our platform and delivers highly relevant search results, which really enhances our customer experience. Also the Coveo team is hands on, providing excellent support for any need.
Cons
There's nothing significant to mention, but I think improving accuracy could be beneficial.

“Overall an excellent experience
Pros
The setup and administration are soo easy. I also appreciated the onboarding experience with the Coveo team with the excellent support, documentation and the Coveo Level up courses.
Cons
I think it could be helpful to have more code samples to enhance the search interface.

Pros
Coveo is simple to use, highly configurable and very customizable. It allows for multiple user experiences from the same data sources and supports various customizable models. With numerous out of the box connectors, it covers many different sectors, including commerce, CRM, AEM, websites and more. It's entirely cloud-based, with hosted search pages.
Cons
Keeping up with the numerous new feature releases and updates can be time-consuming and requires significant effort from us.

Indexing content along with its associated permissions is seamless, thanks to the out-of-the-box, built-in connectors that Coveo provides. These connectors fit almost all use cases. Coveo's key search features are powered by AI models, which elevate the search experience by delivering contextual and relevant results. One of the best aspects is the continuous improvement, which can be achieved through configuration adjustments without needing developer intervention. The insights from the Coveo analytics dashboard make it easy to demonstrate the value and ROI that Coveo brings to the business.
Cons
If I had to nitpick, the pricing can sometimes be a bit steep for smaller customers. Perhaps it would be feasible to introduce a tier specifically for small scale clients, offering a few basic connectors and limited models, which would meet the essential search needs of a website at a more affordable price.

Pros
Getting started with Coveo is quick and easy due to its effective built-in templates and defaults. You can deploy a strong search experience in no time. For more customization, there is ample room to modify the processing flow. The documentation is thorough, and the support from CSMs is exceptional.
Cons

“Perfect tool for search
Pros
What I like most about Coveo is how it consolidates all of our organization's knowledge systems (such as SFDC Knowledge Base, JIRA, Confluence and the Customer Portal) into a single, easily searchable view. This eliminates the need to access each individual system separately.
Cons
We sometimes face index issues where results don't appear as expected.

I love how easily customizable dashboards help measure success and demonstrate ROI. The platform also provides valuable data to understand customer needs, pain points and the effort spent on self service.
Cons
Since we use Salesforce as our crm, admin access is often required for many configurations or changes. Our team managing Coveo doesn't have salesforce admin access, so we have to rely on IT tickets for changes. With updates like the Quantic Insight Panel, we're hoping to be able to make more changes directly within Coveo, reducing our dependency on Salesforce admin access.

Its flexibility enables different usage methods , for some teams, it's support articles, for others, work instructions, while also enhancing the searchability and accessibility of all implementations.

I really wish there was better integration with true CCMS systems.
