It's been a while since I last used it but back then it didn't work that well for us which is why we ended up moving to Tableau instead.
Cons
The biggest issue was usability. Needing to write code just to build widgets and visualizations made it feel far from user-friendly.

Cons
Importing data can be a bit tricky and I wish there were easier ways to store and manage the data.

After testing several business platforms across our teams, Klipfolio has clearly delivered the strongest value for the money. The ability to customize KPIs has been especially useful because different sales teams track their own performance metrics and those priorities tend to change from quarter to quarter.
Cons
A few managers felt the data and analytics were somewhat difficult to interpret at first. That said once they received training, it became much more manageable as it really just comes with a bit of a learning curve.
