It's been a while since I last used it but back then it didn't work that well for us which is why we ended up moving to Tableau instead.
Cons
The biggest issue was usability. Needing to write code just to build widgets and visualizations made it feel far from user-friendly.

Cons

Having Klipfolio puts all the real data in one place which makes it much easier to make important decisions based on what's actually there. It supports stronger analysis and helps me make better choices overall. Another thing I like is how easy it is to understand and work with and it's been really helpful for keeping my work more organized with the information I need.

It has matched our needs very well and throughout the time I have used it, I haven't run into any problems, failures or inconveniences.
