“appreciate the analytics”
Pros
Among the BI tools available right now, this feels like one of the most powerful options on the market. The range of features it offers, from OData connectors to report creation, makes visualization very effective. It also performs faster than many competing BI platforms and alternatives. We relied on it extensively for building our analytics reports and it worked really well for importing Excel data and turning that same information into reports and charts.
Cons
Because it comes with so many features, it can feel a bit heavy to work with at times. An introductory course or guided training would be really helpful especially for new or non-technical users who want to make full use of everything the tool can do.

“Effortless Mircosoft 365 integration”
Pros
Highly customizable and integrating it with Mircosoft's Office 365 ecosystem is quite simple. On top of that the connectivity it provides, the flexibility of its code and the fact that the community around it has already developed major public resources and advances make it feel easy to use and capable of covering every business need that comes up.
Cons
The learning curve is definitely steep although even without technical knowledge of coding or software, it is still possible to build environments where you can work in a practical way.

“Reliable analytics”
Pros
Comes with impressive features that turn data into customizable reports. The interface feels professional, it improves the overall look of presentations and most importantly, it offers strong tools for data analysis.
Cons
The biggest con is the amount of effort it takes when using the software's features especially during the creation process.

“Easy to understand reports”
Pros
It makes it much easier to build reports from large amounts of information, creating detailed reports that are still clear and easy to understand.
Cons
It's a really strong tool that offers a lot of flexibility for handling large data sets but honestly I'm still just learning how to use it.

“User friendly dashboard creation”
Pros
Putting dashboards together in this program is very quick and easy. The only part that gets a bit complicated is working with DAX especially if you do not have a guide or manual to follow.
Cons
When working with a lot of slides, moving from the last one back to the first feels frustrating. Duplicating a slide or page is also inconvenient because it gets placed at the end and moving it back into the right position is a slow process.

“positive experience”
Pros
Among the business intelligence and analytics tools out there this remains one of the most widely used for a reason. It handles large volumes of data very well for analysis, reporting and visualization. There's a wide variety of visualization tools and templates available and they're all genuinely useful. It also integrates extremely well with Mircosoft Excel which makes working with existing data much more convenient. The dashboards can be built to be interactive making presentations more engaging and much easier for people to follow. On top of that the interface is simple enough to pick up quickly so even students can use the software effectively.
Cons
There really aren't many significant downsides with this software although loading times can occasionally get a little slower when working with very large datasets.

It's a powerhouse when it comes to consolidating data and organizing information into categories. It plays a very important role in the company since we use it to track both the team's performance and our products.

“Fantastic BI with broad connectivity”
Pros
Connecting to 80+ different data sources is a huge advantage and Power BI has been absolutely impressive because of that. It's a complete business intelligence tool with some truly excellent features. I've worked with both Tableau and Power BI and honestly this feels much more user friendly and easy to use. I'd gladly recommend it to any organization that's looking for a solid BI solution.
Cons
Creating custom infographics isn't as easy as it is in Tableau. Other than that, it holds up extremely well against the other serious BI tools available on the market today.

“great business insights”
Pros
Does a really good job of turning data and information into clear visuals. It's a powerful tool for understanding what the numbers mean and analyzing data in a way that helps generate useful business insights.
Cons
The part I struggle with most is DAX which is Power BI's formula language. It isn't very easy to understand and I've had a hard time using that feature effectively.

“Flexible”
Pros
Power BI strikes a really nice balance between being simple to use and still supporting more advanced functionality when you need it. It's very effortless to drag and drop fields and images across report pages and build visually impressive dashboards that work the way you want. At the same time if your reporting needs become more complex, you can use DAX along with Python or R to create advanced calculations and measurements that deliver exactly the results you're aiming for.
Cons
One downside is that it can be pretty demanding on your computer's RAM. When working with large reports, there's a real chance the system may freeze or become unresponsive. To handle bigger files efficiently, you really need a machine with at least 16 GB of RAM.

Pros
One of the most impressive things about this software is the wide variety of graphs and charts available for building dashboards. It gives plenty of options to design reports in a way that looks clear, engaging and visually effective.
Cons
