“Really a solid search engine for our needs
Pros
SearchUnify prioritizes excellent customer service and once set up, it remains very stable.
Cons
The annual price increase is a challenge. Indexing must be done in a specific manner and if it's not executed correctly, the index can become unusable. However we haven't encountered any indexing issues for about a year now.

Pros
The customer support has been outstanding as we continue to learn how to optimize it for our specific needs.
Cons
The learning curve has been quite steep for us and we feel we still have a long way to go before we can fully optimize the tool.

“Excellent search platform with outstanding support
Pros
The concept behind the tool is really impressive. I especially appreciate how we can integrate multiple sources to gather relevant content into a single search results page, reducing MTTK. The analytics feature is also fantastic allowing us to track the journey and identify gaps.
Cons
We haven't yet managed to integrate it with Confluence though we've been informed that it's now possible and we're working on addressing this.

“Great tool to show usage metrics
Pros
It's great that our customers can now search across multiple document sets, providing a unified solution. As administrators we can view both general and detailed metrics on how our customers interact with our documents enabling us to adjust our content to make it easier and faster for them to find the information they need.
Cons
The dashboard provides a high level overview but sometimes I wish there was more detailed information available at first glance.

Pros
Searchunify offers one of the best customer service experiences in the industry, with a highly responsive team.
Cons
The solution can occasionally be a bit buggy, but I think the SLA for fixes makes the experience much less frustrating.

“It saves time with its easy implementation and amazing customer support
Pros
SearchUnify has greatly helped us provide relevant information to our support engineers when addressing customer issues. It's been easy to implement and it integrates all the sources we care about such as Jira, Confluence, Helpnet, Lithium community and StackOverflow. Displaying matching results from different sources directly on the case page saves us time searching in various locations. The engineering and implementation team was quick to resolve the initial issues and I was impressed by their fast response time.
Cons
I think it could benefit from supporting more sources. The Salesforce window displaying search results is quite small, though this limitation is more due to Salesforce's restrictions rather than SearchUnify's fault.

Pros
I joined the SearchUnify implementation midway through the project, and the team was excellent in getting me up to speed on the integration process. I had direct access to the engineering team for questions, was informed about upcoming releases and received clear installation procedures. They were easy to work with and very accommodating. The prompt response from their support staff was exceptional and they assisted with search tuning with minimal explanation required from me. I look forward to expanding our use of the tool.
Cons
I'm still hoping to explore additional API connectors to combine with my other content sources in order to maintain real time search indexes without making excessive API calls.

“This is what you need in a search solution
Pros
As the Senior Community Strategist at Zuora, what convinced me to choose SearchUnify was their analytics dashboard. It provided all the details needed about users' search activities and gave actionable insights to immediately improve results.
Cons
I'd appreciate in app dialog boxes that explain what the results mean and the timeframes they cover. However their support team is always quick to respond with thorough explanations whenever I have questions.

We love the tool as it saves our organization an average of 3-5 minutes per search. Both implementation and ongoing maintenance have been extremely easy. We are also very happy with their support and product teams.
Cons
