“Visualize data from any angle”
Pros
Tableau is pretty easy to use and when the data is categorized properly, it becomes a really powerful tool for organizing, managing and classifying information. It also does a nice job of letting you build simple charts and visualizations.
Cons
One downside is that working with the data and dashboards can feel slow At times often taking around 5 to 8 seconds to respond. Because of that, using filters interactively can be frustrating when you're trying to explore things quickly.

“liked the rich graphics”
Pros
Tableau stands out for how user friendly it is. The platform's simple interface makes it easy to work with data efficiently and it comes with a huge range of prebuilt options and solutions that help a lot when creating charts, dashboards, reports and queries.
Cons
The biggest downside is definitely the price. While there are some free or more affordable limited versions available, most of the advanced features are only unlocked through paid plans.

“Broad connectors with stunning outputs”
Pros
It has been most valuable to me for its strong data visualization features and the way it helps create interactive, insightful dashboards. The platform is relatively simple to work with especially because the drag-and-drop interface seems user friendly. How well it fits into existing business processes really depends on the use case and the data sources involved. Even so it offers a large variety of data connectors which makes it much more convenient to pull in and analyze information from different systems.
Cons
One part I like less is the learning curve that comes with its more advanced functionality. Although it includes a very complete feature set, getting comfortable with everything can take dedicated time and training resources. I also have some concerns about the pricing model especially for smaller organizations or individual users. On top of that integrating it into existing workflows can become difficult when data requirements are complex or when significant data transformation is necessary before analysis.

“Great features, occasional load delays”
Pros
One thing that stands out in Tableau is the range of options it offers. They're really handy in day to day use and make it feel better than many other visualization tools.
Cons
Loading large volumes of data though, feels quite tedious. It takes a lot of time and that part can be pretty boring to deal with.

“Connect everything without losing control”
Pros
Working with Tableau is very natural thanks to its user friendly interface and design. It offers a wide selection of chart types and visualizations which makes it useful for different analysis needs. Another strong point is the ability to connect to multiple data sources, whether they are databases, local files or cloud-based platforms. It also allows the creation of interactive and dynamic dashboards which adds a lot of value when presenting data. On top of that sharing visualizations with other users and integrating them with other analytics tools is a big advantage.
Cons
The price is relatively high compared with other data visualization tools on the market. There are also some limitations when it comes to customizing and formatting charts. Another downside is that the learning curve can be steep for users who do not already have experience with data analysis and visualization.

“Clean graphics with professional polish”
Pros
After using Tableau for more than five years I have really come to value how it has evolved and the trailblazing role it played in the space. The layout works well, the visualizations add a lot of clarity and it does a good job of producing clean, professional reports.
Cons
At this point though, the feature set feels increasingly less impressive compared with competing platforms. I am not seeing much added value in it anymore.

Pros
One thing that really works well with this tool is having all the information available right when it's needed. It can analyze database content effectively and it's especially useful for building marketing campaigns and financial strategies because it helps make the data easier to understand. On top of that the insights can also be shared with other people without any issue.

“Cross-team reporting made effortless”
Pros
Tableau handles very large volumes of data really well and it lets you set up weekly reports that can be automated and shared across the whole organization.
Cons
Getting more customized results does take some knowledge of Python. It's also more centered on data visibility so features like automatic data refresh or predictive data functions usually need to be customized separately.
