Initially I was very impressed. The sales process was smooth, and the demo was convincing. I also appreciate the Hitchhiker's feature for support and education. However after that initial excitement, the experience didn't meet expectations.

I work with a company that has an Enterprise account with Yext. While we're learning how the system operates, we rely heavily on support. Unfortunately the support is almost nonexistent. Though the team tries to help, I feel they have little understanding of the system. When I ask specific questions, I only receive articles with confusing terminology that don't solve the problem. Support calls require a scheduled 30 minute window, which often leaves me with more questions.

Cons

I feel the social posting tools are limited, they don't allow boosting posts or playing videos natively. And it takes a long time for page design change requests to be completed. You need to design everything yourself and then they attempt to replicate it.
