“Easy setup but slow approval process”
Pros
Right from deployment the interface seems user friendly and the setup process is simple. The pricing is also reasonable. Both end users and IT teams tend to appreciate that the solution works without being disruptive to daily operations.
Cons
One issue that comes up often is the slow response time for privilege elevation requests and automated workflows, mainly because there isn't enough automation. On top of that offline keys do not work which can end up bricking the machine.

“Better control over device fleet”
Pros
Having this in place gave us much better security control across our device fleet and it helps us make sure our images and SOE remain exactly as they should.
Cons
It doesn't trigger every single time we need it to. We've seen cases like when a user tries to install an app from the MacOS App Store, where it asks for a local administrator username and password as usual instead of launching ABR.
