“Fast navigation with an accurate chatbot”
Pros
Beacon comes with a global navigation feature that lets me move to any page in the UI without hassle and the chatbot responds much faster while still giving accurate answers.
Cons
On rare occasions, I noticed that it can make things up when the information related to a question is not available in the knowledge base.

Pros
It has been proven a strong addition to my workflow, mainly because of its agentic flow and the level of customization and control it gives me. That flexibility helps cut down on repetitive work and leads to more accurate responses based on the client's context. It's also been useful for reducing how-to and troubleshooting questions which makes day to day work feel more efficient. On the front-end side the initial setup was very quick and simple too.
Cons
One annoyance is how much background information I have to keep giving it especially since it does not really remember that information over time. That part can feel tedious. On top of that creating tools inside the platform takes a while so it can be a bit time-consuming.

Pros
Beacon.li's chat style interface has been really useful because users can just tell the assistant what they need done, whether that's updating order details or switching payment methods and it takes care of it for them. The AI orchestration piece adds a lot of value by giving structure to AI-powered customer support and the team behind it has been very supportive throughout. The onboarding process was well organized, starting with an initial workshop that made expectations and requirements very clear. We were able to launch quickly and even smaller updates get turned around fast thanks to the responsive and helpful team. Another big plus is how customizable it is especially when it comes to aligning the platform with our brand.
Cons
It would be helpful to have better visibility into how to optimize AI-related costs especially around input and output tokens. Plus a more self serve AI evaluation platform from this one would also be a valuable improvement.
