“Clear process visibility boost”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how practical it is for business teams especially since you don't need to be technical to work with it. It's very helpful for documentation and for improving visibility across processes which keeps the team aligned and better connected. The ongoing process view gives strong insight into delays and the features have been reliable making it much easier to manage different functions. Overall I have been very satisfied with it.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any real problems especially for the price. It has given me a much clearer view of our processes and has also made audits much easier to handle. It's a helpful and useful platform that cuts down the time needed to get things done.

“Manageable process workflows”
Pros
Turning complicated business processes into a more manageable workflow is where Bizagi really helps. It makes organizing and handling those processes much more practical.
Cons
It is not a major problem but the platform could use stronger web UI components. Collections also seem a bit confusing which can make them harder for end users to understand.

“Clear process modeling wins”
Pros
Bizagi brings structure to processes that used to be vague or loosely defined. Its visual modeling makes workflows much easier to explain to non-technical stakeholders. Being able to simulate processes before rollout is really useful because it helps identify gaps early. It also supports gradual, step-by-step automation so teams can improve over time instead of making massive changes all at once. The tracking of active processes gives better visibility into delays and bottlenecks and overall it feels like a platform that encourages discipline in the way processes are designed and carried out.
Cons
You might have to spend some time learning how to use it especially for teams that are new to BPM software. Some configuration areas are not very user friendly unless you already have prior experience. Performance can also be inconsistent when dealing with highly complex workflows. On top of that the interface is a bit dated compared with more modern platforms.

“Faster credit workflows”
Pros
It has been proven very useful for our personal banking credit approval processes because it automates tasks and activities really well. One thing I value a lot is the automatic assignment of work to the right roles and users, along with the AI-driven automation that helps improve both operational and commercial efficiency and overall productivity. The implementation was done quickly, its functionality scales well and the reusable components made it much easier to roll out processes without needing to recode everything.
Cons
The interface has improved with the newer app options but we still have not implemented that part in our organization yet. Also, the initial setup was somewhat complex because of our internal restrictions around security, networks, firewalls, VPNs and other infrastructure-related issues which ended up taking several months to resolve.

“Visual collaboration that delivers”
Pros
One thing that has been really useful about Bizagi is how it brings different teams together around one shared view of a process. The visual modeling makes workflows much easier to explain to non-technical stakeholders and the real-time collaboration lets multiple people work on the same process at once. Features such as version control and documentation also help keep everything organized and consistent. We've even integrated it with internal tools and reporting systems which makes it much simpler to keep our process work aligned with the rest of our setup.
Cons
It is like I have to adjust my process to match the tool instead of the tool adapting to the way I work. That said it still gives me the ability to design processes in a professional way and those processes can later be automated.

“Powerful workflow modeling”
Pros
Working with Bizagi Modeler on a regular basis has made workflow design much faster thanks to the drag and drop tools. My processes come together in a clear, consistent way and my team has been able to hit goals that used to feel out of reach. The BPMN features are easy and simple to follow and sharing diagrams with others through export is convenient. It also connects well with our internal systems which keeps everything aligned, coordinated and moving in the right direction.
Cons
The more advanced capabilities especially automation do take a while to learn and use confidently. Also the free version is somewhat restrictive if you want access to the full set of features.

“Automation with process clarity”
Pros
The thing that has really helped is how Bizagi standardizes the way we handle alerts and escalations. The automation cuts down on manual follow-ups and the process modeling is clear and simple to understand. We've also connected it with tools like ServiceNow and database connectors which keeps everything aligned and synchronized across systems. Because of that setup, it's easier for us to identify opportunities to improve our processes early, even before putting the automation in place.
Cons
While working with larger process models, I do notice some performance slowdowns although I have been able to manage them. The reporting features also feel somewhat limited and I'd like to see more flexibility and customization options for different needs and use cases.

“End to end visibility wins”
Pros
One of its biggest strengths is how well it brings together human operators, legacy systems, bots and data, giving full end-to-end visibility into business operations. I also really appreciate that so much is already built in and ready to use so there's no real need to create custom connectors for specific cases. On top of that the drag-and-drop functionality is very helpful since it doesn't require coding which makes our business processes much easier to manage.
Cons
If there's one area that could be better, it would be stability. The desktop version at least some time ago used to crash quite often especially when the diagrams became very large and complex.

“Clear workflow”
Pros
Working with Bizagi has made process mapping much more approachable for our team. We can sit together, build out a workflow with drag-and-drop and people understand it right away even without any technical experience. Another huge benefit is the audit trail since every action gets logged automatically and takes a lot of pressure off during compliance reviews. The visibility is also a big advantage because managers can quickly spot where a process is getting stuck without having to chase people for updates. It really helped us eliminate a few recurring headaches by giving us structured, trackable workflows that stay on schedule and the built-in logging is a big plus for compliance too. Overall it's a dependable platform as long as you're ready to put in the effort to set it up properly.
Cons
Getting started was probably the toughest part. Our team needed some time before everyone felt comfortable using it especially when it came to configuring integrations and new users still have a bit of trouble at first. The interface also is somewhat outdated compared with other tools in our stack. It doesn't prevent us from doing what we need to do but it definitely stands out. On top of that troubleshooting can be frustrating because the documentation is not always very clear and support responses could be faster. That's honestly been the most annoying part for us.

“Faster approvals with smart routing”
Pros
Bizagi has saved me a significant amount of time especially when it comes to invoice approvals. As soon as an invoice is posted, the right person gets notified automatically so I no longer have to keep sending reminder emails. The process mapping tool is also very user friendly. Even coming from an accounting background, I was able to map our month-end closing process on my own without having to wait on IT. It also takes away the awkward back and forth of chasing approvals by routing invoices directly to the approver with specific alerts. If nothing happens within 48 hours, it sends a reminder and then escalates later which means I do not have to handle manual follow-ups anymore.
Cons
It is a bit complicated during the first couple of weeks. Since I work in accounting, integrating it with QuickBooks was harder than I expected and definitely not as easy as it might have been for someone more technical. When I first tried linking it with QuickBooks, I thought it would be like connecting most modern cloud tools, just a few clicks and authentication. But it didn't have a built-in QuickBooks connector in its integration library. So I had to use a third-party option and we ended up going through Zapier which added extra cost and another layer of complexity. It was still manageable but it required more effort and involvement than I originally expected.

“Clear workflow visibility”
Pros
Turning complex workflows into visual diagrams makes them much easier to follow and explain. It's especially helpful that business teams can take part in process design instead of depending completely on developers. Making changes to workflows is fairly quick and doesn't require major rework when processes change over time. The built-in tracking also gives useful visibility into where things are getting stuck which really helps during day-to-day operations. Another plus is that automation can be introduced gradually so there's no pressure to automate everything at once. Overall it brings structure and consistency to processes that used to be informal or all over the place.
Cons
The interface does feel a bit dated when compared with more modern platforms. Connecting it with external systems can also require a decent amount of effort during setup. Troubleshooting problems in live processes is not always very user friendly and for more advanced scenarios, the documentation sometimes takes extra digging to get the answers you need.

“BPMN driven proven useful”
Pros
Mapping out complex business processes visually with BPMN is really helpful because it keeps both technical and business teams on the same page. The low-code approach speeds up workflow implementation without needing a lot of heavy development. I also appreciate that processes can be refined and improved over time without having to rebuild everything from the ground up. The form builder is flexible enough to capture the right data at each stage of the workflow. It also handles approval automation and task routing well which cuts down on manual work. Overall it makes process design feel more organized and collaborative.
Cons
Getting everything set up and deployed can take a while especially when the process is more complex. Troubleshooting process flows is not always very clear or simple. Performance can also be inconsistent with highly complex workflows. On top of that some of the more advanced configurations need a deeper level of technical knowledge. These are not deal-breakers but they are definitely noticeable during implementation.

“Fast low-code process automation”
Pros
The software has been really useful for low code development and that helps speed things up quite a bit. The BPMN based process modeling makes it simple to build clear, well structured designs. Its dynamic forms and rules also improve the user experience with stronger validation and more automation which saves time and increases efficiency. Another thing I like is that it covers everything from design through deployment in one platform which is very convenient. It also helps automate manual work, cutting down on errors and effort. On top of that it gives better visibility into processes, makes tracking easier and helps accelerate approvals through more efficient decision-making which reduces delays and improves productivity. The cloud setup is simple too so getting the environment up and running doesn't take long.
Cons
One downside is that its UI flexibility is somewhat limited so customization options feel restricted. It can also run into performance problems that slow down more complex processes. Overall it would benefit from stronger flexibility and better performance.

“Clean workflow mapping experience”
Pros
It is easy to use, even without a strong technical background. I mainly use it for building process diagrams and documenting workflows and the interface is clean and simple. That makes it quick to create clear, professional-looking diagrams without much hassle. It also offers enough flexibility to support more complex workflows while still staying simple enough for everyday use. Since it follows BPMN standards, it's much easier to share models and stay aligned with other teams. On top of that if you need more than basic process modeling, it also includes integration options and automation features.
Cons
I noticed that once the models become larger, the tool can start to feel a little heavier and slower to work in. It's not an issue I deal with all the time but on bigger projects it becomes noticeable and can interrupt the overall workflow a bit.

“Visual workflows that really help”
Pros
One thing that really works well in Bizagi is the visual workflow design. It makes processes much easier to understand because I can see every step laid out clearly instead of having to read through everything. Compared with other tools I have used, it is more simple and user friendly and I like how each stage connects naturally so the entire flow is easy to follow from beginning to end. That has been very useful in my day to day work since it helps me quickly spot where delays happen or where a process is getting stuck. It has also been a big help in organizing and managing business processes that used to be done manually. I am able to map workflows and automate repetitive tasks which makes tracking progress much more manageable.
Cons
As soon the the process becomes larger and more complex, the performance can slow down which is a bit frustrating. The initial setup also is somewhat challenging during the first few days of getting started.
