“Clear process visibility boost”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how practical it is for business teams especially since you don't need to be technical to work with it. It's very helpful for documentation and for improving visibility across processes which keeps the team aligned and better connected. The ongoing process view gives strong insight into delays and the features have been reliable making it much easier to manage different functions. Overall I have been very satisfied with it.
Cons
Honestly I haven't run into any real problems especially for the price. It has given me a much clearer view of our processes and has also made audits much easier to handle. It's a helpful and useful platform that cuts down the time needed to get things done.

“Clear process modeling wins”
Pros
Bizagi brings structure to processes that used to be vague or loosely defined. Its visual modeling makes workflows much easier to explain to non-technical stakeholders. Being able to simulate processes before rollout is really useful because it helps identify gaps early. It also supports gradual, step-by-step automation so teams can improve over time instead of making massive changes all at once. The tracking of active processes gives better visibility into delays and bottlenecks and overall it feels like a platform that encourages discipline in the way processes are designed and carried out.
Cons
You might have to spend some time learning how to use it especially for teams that are new to BPM software. Some configuration areas are not very user friendly unless you already have prior experience. Performance can also be inconsistent when dealing with highly complex workflows. On top of that the interface is a bit dated compared with more modern platforms.

“Manageable process workflows”
Pros
Turning complicated business processes into a more manageable workflow is where Bizagi really helps. It makes organizing and handling those processes much more practical.
Cons
It is not a major problem but the platform could use stronger web UI components. Collections also seem a bit confusing which can make them harder for end users to understand.
