“Flexible AI calling wins
Pros
CallmAi is proven the best tool for us. I am a founder without a technical background, yet launching our first AI cold-calling campaign only took a handful of steps. The interface is clean and user friendly so I was able to set up and run campaigns without needing extra training. Connecting it to our existing CRM was also quick, with just a few clicks and now all of our leads and call activity are tracked automatically instead of relying on manual updates. Whenever questions came up, the support team was quick to respond. We use it every day and the AI agents now handle our outbound calling end to end which has freed up the sales team to spend more time closing deals instead of constantly dialing. There are also a lot of options for customizing how the agents qualify leads, schedule meetings and handle follow ups so it's easy to adjust as our sales process changes. That mix of simple onboarding, usability and flexibility has made this tool a key part of our lead generation workflow.
Cons
There was a bit of a learning curve when it came to figuring out the best way to design call flows for the AI since it works differently from the approach our sales reps were used to. I'd also love to have more analytics available. Nothing major but both are still worth pointing out.
