“Ai assistant boosts team productivity”
Pros
Capacity's AI virtual assistant does a really good job helping teams automate routine work, stay on top of projects and get relevant answers quickly which boosts productivity overall. The interface is also user friendly and simple to navigate, so collaboration is efficient without much friction. Plus it connects well with widely used tools like Slack and Microsoft Teams, making it easy to fit into an existing workflow. On top of that the reporting and analytics are detailed and helpful for tracking productivity and seeing how the team is performing.
Cons
One downside is that the customization options are somewhat limited, so�it�may not be flexible enough for businesses with very specific requirements. Team management features also feel a bit light especially for things like task assignment, time tracking and performance monitoring. Pricing can be restrictive for smaller teams or companies working with tighter budgets. Support options may also be limited or come at an extra cost which could make�it�harder for some teams to get assistance when they need�it.

Pros
It has one of my favorite interfaces to work with and the customer support team has been friendly and quick whenever my team has needed help. Getting started is easy as well, even for brand-new users.
Cons
Honestly there is nothing specific coming to mind that I dislike about�it. The only consideration is that�it�may not be the ideal fit for a very large company and I'd still love to see even more features added over time.

Capacity has been a very customizable chatbot and its user friendly design helps cut down the time spent answering repetitive questions. It was also very simple to use and add to our website. Plus the customer support team was knowledgeable and very helpful whenever the few questions we had came up.
Cons
Up to this point we haven't run into any major issues with�it.

“Surprisingly easy to setup”
Pros
Getting this set up with our existing website was surprisingly easy. On top of that the team has been incredibly helpful and quick to respond whenever we've had questions or shared suggestions.
Cons
At this stage, I really haven't run into anything to dislike about�it. We're still in the process of exploring everything�it�can do and we haven't yet taken full advantage of all the different ways�it�can support us.

Getting it connected to our website was fairly easy. After a few months of adjustments and fine-tuning, the system finally started learning some of the questions our customers were asking.
Cons
It�took a full year of us requesting a live chat option before they finally introduced�it. Our previous account rep also struggled with communication and we were never able to get the After the Login feature working on our website.

As we finish working through the last few details before launch, it already seems clear this will reduce the number of repetitive emails I get every day. Many of those questions can eat up hours of my week just responding, so having one reliable place people can go to for quick answers should make a big difference.
Cons
At this point, I really don't have any complaints. I am just hoping everything continues to run well once we officially roll�it�out across the company.

“fantastic slack integration”
Pros
Capacity was userf friendly and the platform has been simple to use from day one. Their support team has been fantastic as well as whenever questions or issues come up, they reply very quickly and are always incredibly helpful. The integration with our internal messaging tool, Slack, has also worked very well for us.
Cons
I feel like reliability could be better. There have been occasions when the bot either doesn't respond to a question or returns an answer that isn't relevant. It�doesn't happen very often but eliminating that entirely would make�it�more dependable.�It�would also be much better if new users could be added directly on our end instead of needing to email the company and have their team handle the setup.

Right from the start, the back end has been easy to work with. It has integrated well up to this point and I am hoping that continues going forward. It's also nice to see the team consistently building out features like guided conversations which make the front-end experience more user friendly.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see is a way to click through questions inside a folder. Some folders contain well over 100 questions and if I want to move to the next one, I have to return to the folder and scroll all the way down again just to edit�it. A toggle or next/previous option would make managing questions much less repetitive than digging back through the entire folder each time.

Whenever we reach out with support questions, the Capacity team responds quickly and has been a really reliable partner for us.
Cons
Setting everything up and maintaining it took more of our staffs time than I expected. But if you know that ahead of time and have the right people to manage it, it's not really a big problem.

“flexible phrases and helpful support”
Pros
The thing that really works well with Capacity is how many different phrases you can add for the same dialogue. For example, if the dialogue is John's Favorite Pen, I might also ask What is John's Favorite Pen and the system lets me connect those variations without any issue. It also helps that you can insert hyperlinks directly into a dialogue which is really useful when you need to pull up a link quickly and don't remember it offhand. On top of that the pricing is very reasonable for what you get. Customer support has also been excellent as they are responsive, attentive and genuinely willing to help improve functionality and the overall user experience.
Cons
Nothing negative to call out right now. The only thing worth mentioning is that�it�does take a bit of setup time to really get the full value from�it, probably around 30 to 60 minutes but�it�is absolutely worth spending that time. If needed, customer support can also help you use their Excel template so you can upload your information all at once instead of building each new dialogue manually which saves a lot of time.

Overall it has been very valuable for our team because it offers more customization in a chatbot and uses natural language processing well which means we can answer a question once instead of repeating ourselves over and over. Since teams like Reception, Billing, Admin, Leadership, HR and Payroll all get many of the same questions every day, having one place to store organize and quickly pull up that knowledge makes a big difference.
Cons
Like any knowledge platform,�it�does take time upfront to get everything set up properly and�it�also needs ongoing updates and refinement over time. That said, that's pretty standard for any AI tool or chatbot and�it�has continued to improve the interface while adding useful new features for both end users and administrators.

Working with the team has been a really positive experience. Their customer support staff is consistently responsive and helpful whenever we need them.
