“great bot setup for support”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is being able to train the bot using our own documents, website content and other materials. The platform is very simple to work with and everything can be set up without any coding. It also supports customization in different languages which has been really useful. I mainly rely on ChatFast for my company's customer support and overall it has been an excellent experience.
