“Classy with a bit of sass
Pros
It is a micro-loan app that comes in handy when you need some quick cash. Also the app has a playful, sassy AI that likes to have a bit of fun with users which is something I really enjoy. Plus tt strikes a great balance between being positive and business focused all while making sure CLEO gets paid back.
Cons
The AI's use of profanity really crosses the line at times. It goes from being sassy to downright crass, which is not helpful when I am trying to get things done. Also I do not like that it struggles to verify banks or credit unions and cannot confirm a user's income. This makes getting a bigger advance tough and just sends me back to using services where I have to wait three days for my funds.

“Helps with small loans when you need it
Pros
I like the fact that the app delivers on its promises and adds a layer of snarky yet simple humor, providing both honest advice and a bit of entertainment all at your expense.
Cons
If I am splitting my paycheck between multiple accounts, it can get tricky to get the right amount of funds because not every account is compatible with apps like this.

“Not a bad app
Pros
One thing I love is the fun and comical twist it puts on budgeting.
Cons
It randomly disconnects from accounts sometimes which frustrates me a lot.

“Quite deceptive
Pros
Let me tell you that CLEO AI is not the most user-friendly as the interface is tricky to figure out. Also you have to ask the virtual assistant for nearly everything whereas a clear menu system would make things much easier.
Cons
Well I find it very misleading about its fee structure. In my case I was asked to pay the $5.99 monthly fee to get the advance and once I paid it, I had to complete another process. After doing that I was told I did not qualify for the advance but could still use its other features. This was not clear upfront and if I had known I would not qualify, I would not have wasted $5.99 on the monthly fee.
