All in one docs powerhouse

Pros

Having everything in one documentation portal is a big plus. It's easy to use, packs all the key functionality into a single place and the customer support has been outstanding whenever help is needed.

Cons

One downside is the limited selection of ready-made templates. There are only about six and they feel pretty boxy and dated so getting a more modern look usually means spending extra time customizing them heavily.

AI tools that boost writing

Pros

Among all of ClickHelp's features, the AI tools are the ones I rely on most. I regularly use Answer Genius and Write Assist and they've made a noticeable difference in my work as a technical writer. Answer Genius helps readers get instant, relevant suggestions which makes it much simpler to handle common user questions effectively. Write Assist also speeds up content creation by polishing text, improving clarity and suggesting ways to make it more readable. Together, these features save me time, work really well and improve the overall quality of the documentation I produce.

Cons

At this point I haven't run into any major issues. The only thing I'd like is to see it add even more AI-powered capabilities over time.
