“great chatbot customization”
Pros
Cliengo's ChatBot adapts well to different types of organizations and the wide range of customization options is a big plus. It's also easy to work with and doesn't take much effort to use effectively.
Cons
The CRM can feel too tailored to certain needs and still lacks some broader features. On top of that handling sales statuses and managing the filtered prospect list is quite difficult.
