Pros
One thing that really impressed me is how well this software works across devices as I can even read emails on my phone while only having it installed on my laptop. It picks up most of my activity accurately sorts it into categories and even suggests entries based on similar tasks I have done before. That alone would have been enough to win me over but the service level is what truly stands out. I'll be recommending this software to my board soon and I'd definitely suggest others take a look as well.
