“It can use some updates
Pros
I value the feature that allows me to upload our manifest lists and efficiently engage with our large client base.
Cons
There are quite a few templates and scripts that feel outdated and no longer applicable. With shifts in interest rates and rising vehicle costs, for instance, suggesting "Get into a vehicle with a similar payment" doesn't quite work anymore because similar payments are no longer available.

“Loving Our Virtual Assistant
Pros
I love how Conversica interacts with our customers, making them believe "she" is an actual person. It's a fantastic icebreaker when we finally speak with them.
Cons
We don't utilize Conversica to its full potential. From the way we use it, there really isn't anything negative to report.

“Conversica is good but could be better.
Pros
I appreciate the hands-off approach with Conversica. Even if I don't get involved, I know everything is being managed effectively.
Cons
I find it frustrating how difficult it is to get in touch with someone, and the dashboard tends to be quite slow.

“"Maryann" AI Is a Response Generating Machine!
Pros
Without a doubt, Conversica AI boosts the connection rate with our online sales customers. All we need is for her to generate a reply, and the rest follows. Our Internet sales have increased by at least 15% in the first 90 days, and we haven't looked back since. Our AI assistant is such a valued team member that when we hire new staff, we introduce them to the AI and explain her role, including how to interact with customers who reach out to her. We've been using this AI for nearly four years.
Cons
I can't think of anything that bothers our company regarding the AI integration.

“Using Conversica to Capture Leads
Pros
As I approach my 6-year mark with New Horizons, this is the first tool we've adopted to help generate leads, rather than relying solely on direct hunting.
Cons
It has a tendency to repeat the same information over and over.

“Worth it!
Pros
The simplicity of the tool, combined with our automated specialists managing the cadences, means that all the information eventually comes back to me.
Cons
I'm still using the product and I'm quite pleased with it. I'm looking forward to becoming more familiar with it and discovering efficient ways to manage it effectively.

“A virtual AI assistant for marketing professionals
Pros
This software has proven to be extremely advantageous for our sales department, allowing us to manage inquiries swiftly and effectively. Also, whenever we encounter any issues or require assistance, we have access to support from technical experts, ensuring that we can resolve any challenges promptly and maintain smooth operations.
Cons
It's a pricey solution. The AI communication interpretation needs some improvements to make interactions more adaptable. The dashboard also requires enhancements, and more personalization options would be beneficial. Nevertheless, I'm satisfied with the quality of support it provides.

“Conversica is a great B2B tool
Pros
Conversica helps identify potential revenue that might have been missed and speeds up the lead conversion process.
Cons
There's a lack of flexibility with the default cadences for outbound messages. I wish we had more control over that. Also, some conversation types are less effective than others.

“Should Have Started This Service Years Earlier
Pros
Our installation and onboarding experience has been fantastic (thanks to Kelsey!), and the results so far have been very promising, with several opportunities closed that we wouldn't have discovered without Conversica.
Cons
I have no complaints , it's not cheap, but it's not overly expensive either. It generates sales, so the cost is balanced out by the new revenue.

“Optimize your sales followup
Pros
We had a lot of leads that our business development reps were not getting responses from. Instead of having them repeatedly contact these leads, we used Conversica. The tool can reach as many leads in one week as five BDRs could in two months, making multiple attempts with prospects.
Cons
The AI comes with a learning curve that requires users to provide feedback for improvements. Getting the BDRs to do this can be a challenge.

“An automated assistant!
Pros
It improves my department's productivity by automating tasks that would be impossible to handle manually without affecting other areas of my day. It helps me target calls to those interested in improving rather than making random calls. Overall, it makes my day much better!
Cons
Managing all the contacts, emails, and backend data that drive automated outreach can be tough. Our company even has a dedicated position for this, and many others, depending on market size, might need that as well.

“Great tool to get filter out the "noise"
Pros
Conversica offers a personal touch with prospects without consuming employee resources. Customers feel like they're talking to a real person, while the software filters out the noise and sends only quality leads.

“Robot sales outreach assistant
Pros
It reaches out to hundreds or thousands of leads and only returns those with potential for a sale, plus it's highly customizable.

“Game changer
Pros
Conversica has introduced a new dimension to our marketing toolkit. We use this AI to discover hot leads from what we initially thought were cold leads. This lets our sales team focus on the promising leads while we keep finding more.
Cons
The software can be a little diffcult at times, such as when customizing conversations, but the company is actively working on improvements and adding new features.

“Conversica has had a huge impact on our sales organization.
Pros
I love the flexibility and continuous improvement of the product, which has allowed us to connect with more leads than ever before with fantastic results. Our AI assistant works around the clock without breaks, and I just need to provide names. Plus, their support staff and our CSM have been wonderful to work with!
Cons
I can't think of any issues. Everything we've requested from Conversica has been handled.

“It's Like Having a Rep that works 24/7
Pros
Our AI representative never rests or complains. Having an AI sales rep that handles sending and responding to prospect emails is incredible, she does most of the preliminary work before a real rep follows up. Why wouldn't you use Conversica? The setup and configuration are easy.
Cons
There's nothing really to complain about, except for the challenge of picking a name for our AI representative.

“Personal Assistant for the win!
Pros
What I like most about Conversica is its 'set it and forget it' feature. Whenever a prospect replies, the email notifications are simple. If I need to respond, I can easily click the link in the email to view the entire conversation. It's a lifesaver.
Cons
What frustrates me is that not having admin access means missing out on features that make things easier for the main user. Initially, it was not very clear how to locate the titles of certain emails sent to prospects, which took some time to figure out.

“Conversica just wasn't for us.
Pros
The concept was intriguing. The software appeared to be a good idea, and the system was easy to implement.
Cons
Using Conversica seemed to make our sales team less proactive than they were before. There was also some confusion between the phone operators, the sales team, and the customers. For the cost, we decided to stop using Conversica.
