“accessible reporting that shines
Pros
Using this software has been a really positive experience because the platform feels very accessible and easy to work with. NPS plays a big role in our company goals so we regularly demo the surveys internally for stakeholders. One feature I especially appreciate is the metrics and reporting. It's simple to filter the data to understand exactly where responses are coming from and we can also remove test responses when needed so our NPS doesn't get artificially boosted during internal demos.
Cons
One thing I'd love to see improved is the way web survey placement is customized. Right now it takes developer support to get that set up and it would be much better if this could be managed directly inside the tool without needing extra code.

“Quick surveys boost responses
Pros
Our customers get a short and easy survey with the option to add more detail if they want to. That setup makes them much more likely to respond because it only takes a moment to complete.
Cons
I'd love to be able to send more surveys each month without the price increasing.

Pros
Getting started with this software feels very easy. The platform is simple to work with and it's not difficult to learn while using it. One thing I really appreciate is how fast their customer support team responds and the help they provide is consistently useful. The Slack integration is also really convenient since customer survey responses can be sent there right away. Other than that it makes reporting on survey results very practical each time we run a survey and comparing those results with an earlier period is just as convenient.
Cons
Honestly there isn't much I'd point to for improvement. If anything I'd like to see more reporting features that make it easier to view and present results year over year.

“clear dashboards
Pros
Very easy to use platform and the reporting and dashboards are very simple to follow. I also really appreciate being able to send surveys in several different ways. The online help articles are clear and simple to use as well.
Cons
The integrations could definitely be better even though they are available. I also wish the system would automatically create both a link and an email for each person so if an email bounces that same survey or contact could still be reached through the link.

After trying a number of survey tools this one ended up being a standout choice. It offers an impressive variety of services that honestly exceeded my expectations and made it feel like a real find.
Cons
A downside is the lack of detailed reports and deeper insights which means I have to put in manual work to gather the information I need.

Pros
The title says it all! It takes very little effort to build a thorough survey and the whole process is very user friendly. It comes with prewritten questions ready to go or you can add your own if you want more control. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
At this point I haven't run into any issues. It does exactly what I need it to do.

“helpful customer categorization
Pros
Something that really works well is letting customers sort their own reasons for being happy or unhappy. That gives the support team better context and makes it much simpler for them to take ownership of any potential issue a customer is facing.
Cons
A part I don't enjoy is the reporting area. If the survey has been edited all of those previous versions still show up in reporting which makes it hard to get a clean snapshot and see a clear overall picture.

“User friendly software
Pros
Switching from Google Surveys made the difference really obvious. This softwares drag and drop interface is much more user friendly so creating and launching surveys takes a lot less time than it used to. Putting together custom surveys is pretty easy and the available templates give us plenty of good starting points too.
Cons
One issue we've run into is occasional downtime. When someone tries to complete a survey while the server is down it reflects badly on us. The problem usually gets fixed fairly fast but it still ends up being a pretty significant concern.
