One of the best things about the software is the way it uses artificial intelligence to detect damage. It makes the whole process feel modern, accurate and much more efficient.

Cons

The only downside is that it's currently limited to their responsive website so there isn't a dedicated desktop or mobile app option.

The app has a modern, refreshed look while still being strict with users which I really appreciated.

I was the first person using it in our company and although there were quite a few issues at the beginning enough time has passed that those early mistakes no longer matter today.

Getting started with the software was easy and the product is simple to understand. The support team has been very helpful throughout and even the company's top management has been approachable and supportive when needed.

Cons

At times switching to landscape mode makes it difficult to enter full screen properly. Having integration with our app would also be beneficial although we've already discussed this and understand that it's possible so we're planning to move forward with it in the near future.

“Faster workflows, better photos

Pros

The biggest wins for our team included saving time while also knowing the pictures would come out high quality. Before using this software everything was handled manually which usually meant a long chain of emails explaining things to clients and even then the final photos were often still not good enough.

Cons

We'd still like to see more automated reports although this may already have been addressed since I'm currently away from work.

Pros

It's a capable tool that still feels simple to use and it guides each user on how the photos should be taken so the number of mistakes stays very low in my opinion. I can also see this being expanded in the future for home property since there's a real need to capture photos of insured buildings and belongings too. It could even be valuable for companies like Airbnb and other businesses that rent out flats and houses.

At the moment I haven't noticed any issues on their side.

Everything about the software is clear, understandable and user friendly. It's very simple to figure out and using it doesn't take much effort at all which I really appreciate.

Cons

Fo now I didn't come across anything I dislike about it.

Pros

The software lets you get photos that have gone through a basic compliance check against the stated requirements.

Cons

It supports only a limited range of objects and internet browsers and the user experience still has plenty of room to improve.

“Vehicle inspections made effortless

Pros

With this software there's really no need to bring in professionals for vehicle inspections anymore.

Cons

There have been a few issues on mobile devices especially noticeable battery drain.
