Pros
One of the best things about the software is the way it uses artificial intelligence to detect damage. It makes the whole process feel modern, accurate and much more efficient.
Cons
The only downside is that it's currently limited to their responsive website so there isn't a dedicated desktop or mobile app option.

Pros
Getting started with the software was easy and the product is simple to understand. The support team has been very helpful throughout and even the company's top management has been approachable and supportive when needed.
Cons
At times switching to landscape mode makes it difficult to enter full screen properly. Having integration with our app would also be beneficial although we've already discussed this and understand that it's possible so we're planning to move forward with it in the near future.
