“centralized AI agents that boost workflows
Pros
Having this software in place helped us bring different data sources and tools into one hub and build agents that make our daily work more efficient. The platform is easy to use and the onboarding process with their team went really well. Our product and engineering teams were able to start building agents quickly without needing technical help. For example our support agent connects Zendesk and Notion to handle recurring questions on its own, the Jira/Slack agent creates and assigns tickets automatically when someone reports a bug in a channel and our data agent uses Mixpanel plus Notion to add product context to metrics. It has cut down a lot of the back and forth between separate tools.
Cons
A limitation is that the output quality is very dependent on how clean and organized the source data is so we had to spend quite a bit of time cleaning things up beforehand. Pulling information from large datasets can also be somewhat unreliable. In heavily used Google Drive spaces we've seen cases where the agent failed to surface information that was definitely there. It's not a constant problem but it does happen from time to time.

“all-in-one platform
Pros
Build agents connected to multiple MCPs and skills being all in one place is really valuable! It brings everything together nicely and makes the setup feel much more capable.
Cons
One downside is that the agent doesn't really learn from its mistakes on its own. If something goes wrong you still have to go into the instructions manually and fix it yourself.

“Flexible AI workflows that deliver!
Pros
It does a really good job of letting you create and use custom AI workflows that fit specific needs. It feels adaptable without becoming too technical and being able to connect different tools and data sources makes it especially useful for everyday work.
Cons
Can be a little overwhelming at first especially if you're not already comfortable with AI tools or workflow setups. A few features aren't instantly accessible so better guidance or more starter templates would help new users ramp up faster.

“frustrating reliability
Pros
Compared with Zapier this saves me from a lot of painful manual automation work and in some cases it can handle things that just aren't possible for us because of the way our G Suite access is set up. Creating new agents is quick and after using both Zapier and n8n this feels much less time consuming and less prone to mistakes.
Cons
A lot of the newer features feel like they're offered when they're only about 75% finished while older issues still don't get fixed. We keep running into strange recurring Google Drive access requests and the Sidekick app being the default text box while editing an agent is confusing. Then when I ask it to edit an agent it says it can't access the instructions or instead of making 2-3 small replacements, it suggests replacing the whole instruction set which is really irritating. It has also been down more often than it has been reliably working. The Instructions text box is another problem area because it doesn't properly support XML. If you format something in XML and copy paste it in, it strips out all the tags and nesting. There are also tiny quality of life fixes we've been asking for over months like folders for agents or making the sorting button stay sticky instead of resetting to the least useful option every time. I understand there are lots of new features and opportunities they want to pursue but I'd much rather see the team spend more time polishing the current product and making it less buggy, less laggy and more dependable. On top of that the initial onboarding support from them was pretty weak. Instead of understanding our basic tool stack and helping us configure everything properly they often couldn't answer simple setup questions and pushed bug workaround discussions back onto our IT team to solve themselves. That's especially disappointing because we're not using anything unusual just common tools like G Suite, Notion, Okta and Zendesk.

“powerful AI tool
Pros
The interface is very user friendly and connecting multiple tools is pretty easy. Creating agents and setting them up doesn't take much effort either. There's also a strong selection of the latest AI models available which is a big plus. Being able to view the agent's chain of thought is especially useful. I also appreciate how the admin team manages the connections behind the scenes so users can focus on using the platform instead of worrying about setup.
Cons
At times the interface feels a bit sluggish and agents can be slow to respond. There are also a few limitations for more technical users especially around using APIs to automatically build and update agents. On top of that some integrations still have issues from time to time such as Google Drive.

“Great team collaboration features
Pros
It fits into our existing stack really well. Sharing agents across teams is simple, the built in presentation feature (Frames) makes it convenient to communicate outputs and the customer success team has been extremely responsive.
Cons
The PowerPoint and Excel integrations still have some room for improvement although I believe they're already getting better.

“constant innovation and speed
Pros
There's always something new being improved and it really helps get things done faster and better.
Cons
I honestly don't have anything negative to point out. If anything access to automation could maybe be opened up more but that seems more like an internal policy decision than an actual product issue.

“my go-to for teamwork
Pros
Has become part of my daily routine as a solopreneur. It's very simple to use and I can share my agents with my freelance team which saves us a lot of time and helps keep the quality of our work consistent. I use it every day and genuinely enjoy working with it.
Cons
Really don't have any major complaints. I still use another generative AI tool on the side and now and then I pause to decide whether I should use that or instead build an agent using this tool. Most of the time though I end up choosing this one especially when collaboration is involved.

“transformative AI workflow
Pros
This has become a core part of our AI transformation at Creative Force. It lets us create and launch AI agents very fast which has made it much easier to bring teams into using AI directly within the workflows they already rely on instead of treating it like a separate experiment or side tool. That fast path to real value has been a major reason we've seen meaningful adoption across the company. Other than that their team has been outstanding to work with. They're responsive, supportive and genuinely thoughtful partners who regularly help us see what's possible and how this can shape the future of work not just address one off use cases. One of the strongest signs of ROI with this platform is imagining what would happen if we removed it. At this point it's deeply woven into how we operate and feels as essential to our teams as web search a CRM or any other core system enterprise knowledge workers use every day.
Cons
I wouldn't really call this a downside but there are definitely product strategy opportunities I hope this software leans into soon. They're in a unique position to become a true enterprise layer that sits above other systems used across the business including areas like the customer journey. They seem to be moving in that direction and it would be exciting to see them invest even more there. Also considering how powerful the agents you can build here already are, it would be amazing if external users like customers or prospects had simpler access to interact with them. Hopefully that's already on their roadmap.

“Unified search and team-built agents
Pros
Having one place to search across Notion, Google Drive, Slack, Gong and Salesforce has completely changed how we work. This software pulled all of that scattered knowledge into a single searchable layer so people can find and analyze what they need with one query instead of interrupting coworkers to ask where something lives. That alone has been a huge win. On top of that the custom agent builder is incredibly powerful. It didn't take long for people across the company to go from simply using the platform to actually building with it. The collaborative setup is another big advantage because multiple people can investigate and edit the same agent together rather than having everything locked away in one person's account like other tools. Their team has also been excellent to work with! Responsive, well informed and always willing to go the extra mile. Even the onboarding support was above and beyond. The product was accessible enough that we almost didn't need much help but they still kept showing up with ideas to help us get more value out of it.
Cons
A big benefit during onboarding is that new hires can get up to speed on our company history, past decisions and product context from one central place no matter which tool originally contained the information.

“fast answers with useful integrations
Pros
One thing that really works well with the tool is how accurately it understands my questions and pulls information together to give me answers very quickly. I also appreciate how it connects with our wiki, gives access to our database and supports regular AI LLM use cases.

At times it can feel a little slow.

“Shows constant progress
Pros
Very approachable and user friendly right from when you get started. With support from our Digital team we've been able to build and organize a lot of powerful agents. It really feels like the possibilities are almost endless when it comes to using its full potential. We've been customers since nearly the beginning and it's been impressive to see how much the product has grown with all the new features added over time.
Cons
Because the platform is evolving so quickly it can sometimes be difficult to keep up with everything that's changing. More customer stories or examples would also help spark new ideas for how to use it.

“time-saving HR assistant
Pros
It saves me a lot of time by handling repeated HR and policy questions, summarizing lengthy documents and helping with quick drafts. The search across our company docs also works really well and cuts down a lot of the back and forth.
Cons
A few features take some time to learn before you can use them fully and not every tool we use in India integrates directly yet. Still overall it has been really good.

“Powerful AI agents for teams
Pros
Creating specialized business agents is surprisingly fast even without advanced technical knowledge. It connects natively with tools already in use like Google Workspace, Notion and Slack and deployment feels very easy. That combination makes it one of the most accessible options available for bringing AI into enterprise teams. Other than that the support team is excellent and very helpful.
Cons
The only real downside is that setting up more complex data sources at the beginning can sometimes require a bit of technical help.

“fast adoption
Pros
Rolling this out at Alan (a 600 person tech startup in Europe) was one of the quickest software adoption experiences I've seen. Within three months we reached 80% daily active users which is pretty remarkable. A few things really helped drive thatt like the interface being very accessible and simple to figure out. The flexibility is a huge plus too as the tools and API are powerful enough to cover most use cases on a single platform which feels like a real game changer! The platform-first approach works really well; the API plus Make/n8n integrations connecting this software to the rest of our stack and pushing new data sources is very easy. Also the Chrome extension has been especially valuable for my daily work!
Cons
More advanced features do take a bit of time to fully learn and some of the agent tools can be a little confusing at first.

“Best for teams and coaching
Pros
Right from the start the tool feels thoughtfully built for both beginners and users who want to grow into more advanced use cases. I rely on it for my daily professional work including business management, deliverable creation and coaching and it also serves as a valuable support tool when training groups on how to use RAG based assistants. The support team is incredibly responsive and feels truly premium. There's also a dedicated Slack community where you can connect with experienced users, exchange ideas and share feedback and practical tips.
Cons
The one thing I'm still waiting for is the ability to give access to my assistants not just to my internal collaborators but also to external clients.

“Quick set up
Pros
Starting off with the software proved to be a lot quicker than expected. We went from signing up to having a custom agent posting updates in our Slack channel in just one day all through the self serve onboarding. A big advantage for us was having access to all the major AI models in one place which made it possible to choose the one that fit each use case best. The help agent was especially useful as a copilot while we were building our own agents and it even gave us step by step instructions for connecting those agents into workflows with tools like Zapier. We only had to describe what we wanted in a simple sentence and it returned detailed guidance that was fast and easy to follow.
Cons
Website experience felt a bit confusing at the beginning and there is some initial difficulty when it comes to understanding the limits of how AI models handle sources like spreadsheets and unstructured data. That said this isn't really something specific to the software alone.

Pros
It is an incredibly capable platform that lets you build your own agents for just about any use case. I end up relying on it in both my personal projects and my work which says a lot about how versatile it is.

“best-in-class smart search
Pros
The smart search feature built around RAG and semantic search, feels unmatched in the market right now! It completely changes how a company can access and use its internal knowledge, offering a level of capability that other AI tools currently just don't seem to reach.
Cons
At the same time like most generative AI platforms this one is still fairly new and has a few gaps. The biggest limitation at the moment is that some data source connectors are still missing. Microsoft SharePoint is supported natively but tools like Microsoft Teams and Microsoft OneNote aren't available yet. That said it seems likely these will be added in the near future.

“Good AI agents for teams
Pros
Being able to build agents customized to each of my needs with the latest AI models has been a huge advantage. The UX is excellent and the fact that the platform is fully GDPR compliant is essential for my clients. I rely on it every single day. We adopted it across the agency almost immediately and now the whole team uses it. Onboarding is very fast, I configure the agents once and everyone can use them internally without any trouble. It feels very accessible overall.
Cons
For now the image capability hasn't been added yet specifically the kind of feature available in ChatGPT (I do know it's expected soon). It would be really useful to have image and video generation built directly into the platform.
