Pros

Working with this tool has made customer communication much more manageable! The AI picks up context quickly and does a solid job of taking care of repetitive tasks without much trouble. Our pre sales team uses it as part of the lead generation process and it has been quite effective for that.

Cons

There are still a few minor language interruptions from time to time especially during periods with a high volume of calls. On top of that the integrations with third party software could definitely use some improvement.
