Big time saver!

Pros

Its lead generation and scheduling setup has been a big time saver for us! The automation takes a lot of the work out of booking meetings and the experience feels so natural that most people barely even realize they're interacting with AI.

Cons

The only thing I'm really waiting on is more integrations. The essential ones (like Salesforce) are already in place so I'm happy that leads get created and updated automatically. I'd still love to see direct connections with our internal ticketing system, project management platform and other tools.

Smooth conversation flow

Pros

After looking at several conversational AI vendors we ended up choosing this one because the biggest advantage was not having to manually build every conversation flow like you do with platforms such as Drift or Kore. It absolutely delivered on that promise! I didn't need to spend extra time or resources training my team on conversation design and the out of the box lead generation and qualification features performed really well from the start. Three months later we're managing 27% more website lead conversations than we were before and our conversion rates have increased as well.

Cons

One area that still needs work is the internal dashboard. The UI/UX could definitely use some refinement. It feels more like startup growing pains than a major problem but I'm hoping the next version makes data extraction more polished and efficient.

Impressive results

Pros

Has helped us scale our processes while cutting costs through its AI assistants and our field agents have been genuinely pleased with the results. We also started seeing value pretty quickly which has definitely been one of its strongest points.

Cons

There really isn't much to complain about when every KPI tied to cost and efficiency keeps moving in the right direction. :)

Great tool!

Pros

At last a virtual assistant that actually delivers! We needed a website interface that could turn traffic into conversions and although we could have put together something basic internally, this was clearly the better route. Its pricing is competitive especially when you compare it with the 6 to 18 months of development time it would take to build and train models capable of handling more advanced customer support scenarios. The conversion rates have been on par with our live agents in Intercom which is pretty remarkable considering this is fully automated from end to end. The natural language understanding is solid (maybe not completely mind blowing since the industry still has room to improve) but overall it's a really strong product!

Cons

The plug and play setup works very well but I'd really like to see a drag and drop way to manage different skills and integrations something more along the lines of Zapier.
