Compliance visibility

Pros

Having governance, risk and compliance work together in a single platform is the biggest advantage of this software! The dashboards are powerful and the automation and analytics make it much easier to spot risks early and manage regulatory compliance in an efficient way.

Cons

One issue that comes up is with logging in because at times my account just does not sign in and the problem keeps continuing. Another problem happens when applying for jobs at IBM where the application status does not always get updated after submission and that seems to be a common issue many applicants face.

Positive experience

Pros

This tool gives us much better visibility into risk and compliance across the business! Rather than waiting until issues turn into bigger problems we're able to catch patterns early and identify where controls are starting to fail. The dashboards and reporting also help a lot when communicating with leadership because they present risk in a way that's clear and meaningful instead of overly technical. Another big advantage is how structured the platform is. It brings stronger discipline to risk assessments, issue management and remediation and that has improved how consistently teams follow process. Once the system is configured the right way it becomes a dependable source of truth that people rely on especially during audits and formal reviews. It also does a really good job supporting long-term consistency. After processes are defined and built in it's much easier to keep teams aligned even when people change or new requirements come up. That kind of stability is valuable in audits and reviews since there's a clear record of decisions, actions and accountability. I also appreciate that it can handle complex organizational structures well. When multiple business units, risk categories or regulatory frameworks are involved, this software manages it without feeling fragmented. Over time it shifts from being just a compliance tool to something that genuinely helps the organization think about risk in a better way.

Cons

Usability is probably the biggest area that could be better. It has a lot of capability but it can also feel heavy and complicated especially for new users or for teams that only log in from time to time. There's definitely some learning involved and a few workflows require more steps and clicks than seem necessary. Customization can be challenging too. Even though the platform is flexible, updating fields, workflows or reports usually takes admin involvement and careful coordination which can slow things down when business needs change quickly. Reporting could also be more accessible. The data is there but creating reports that are clean, practical and user friendly often takes extra effort and sometimes technical know how.
