“advanced IDP with strong potential”

Pros

From what we saw this software is taking a very forward looking approach and their IDP module really stands above anything else available right now. Even though some of our clients ended up preferring a more conventional setup we got to see firsthand just how sophisticated and promising their technology is. The ICS2 module also looks very encouraging especially with enforcement deadlines getting closer. Haroon and the wider team were responsive, well informed and genuinely open to working collaboratively. We'll definitely continue recommending them when a more customizeed solution is the right fit!

Cons

Although the IDP module is clearly ahead of the trend in terms of innovation and technology, a few of our clients felt the interface and workflow were less familiar than traditional systems. Because of that there was occasional hesitation around adoption. On the positive side, their team listened to feedback and showed a real willingness to adapt the experience. A little more flexibility when it comes to customizing client workflows would make the overall offering even stronger.

Pros

Using this for export declarations has helped us simplify the process of shipping orders to customers overseas. It definitely took quite a bit of time at the beginning to understand the platform and get comfortable finding our way around it but now that we know the system well, we can handle our customs processes confidently and save a huge amount of admin time. Their team has also been very attentive with training and support whenever we've needed help and the service they provide feels very personalized.

Cons

An improvement would be to offer clearer handbooks or more detailed written guides so users can work through issues on their own instead of waiting for the support team to respond. The software could also continue developing the platform further to help users become even more efficient when submitting customs documentation. However their team does seem very open to user feedback and willing to listen to suggestions for improving the overall customer experience.
