Pros

Having everything in one browser-based tool is what makes this so useful! It keeps image conversion, resizing, compression and basic editing all in one place which makes quick tasks much more convenient. There's nothing to install so it's perfect when you need to make changes fast while on the go. It also supports a wide variety of file formats which adds a lot of flexibility. Being able to upload files from cloud services like Google Drive is another nice touch that makes the process even more convenient. Even though the free plan has a few limitations like ads and slower processing, it still comes across as dependable for everyday image tasks. Overall it's a practical and easy option for anyone who wants a quick online image editing solution.

Cons

The biggest downside with this software is that the free version can feel pretty restrictive. File size limits, slower processing times and regular ads can interrupt your workflow and make the interface feel more cluttered than it should. Since the platform runs completely online, it also depends a lot on having a stable internet connection which becomes frustrating if your connection is slow or inconsistent. On top of that while it does a good job with basic edits it doesn't include the more advanced features or precise controls you'd get from professional image editing software so it's not the best choice for more complex or high end work.

handy for routine image tasks

Pros

It has become a regular part of my workflow as a lightweight browser-based tool for everyday image edits. Since there's nothing to install or configure I can jump in right away whenever a quick image task comes up which makes it very convenient to add into an existing process. It usually works as a simple step between file storage and the tools I use afterward where I upload images make adjustments and export them back into documentation or content systems. That low barrier to entry is especially useful when I'm working across different devices or in environments where installing software just isn't practical. Over time I've ended up relying on this software pretty often for small but repeated tasks like resizing, compressing and converting image files. These aren't random one time uses either but recurring needs that come up during documentation, internal sharing or preparing assets for client facing content. Since the output can be downloaded in standard formats and reused immediately in other tools it fits neatly into these repeat workflows without any extra setup or connectors. The overall interaction stays consistent too which makes repeat use feel predictable. On the usability side the tools behave in a steady and intentional way. Every action follows more or less the same structure so the workflow stays stable and manageable. The free version is obviously limited but within those limits it feels dependable rather than frustrating. That consistency also makes it easier to use this software together with other tools because file handling doesn't suddenly change from one task to another. As for support I haven't needed much help but when I did the available resources and contact options were clear enough to understand how issues are handled even on the free plan. Expectations around response times are communicated well and because the workflows are simple and clearly designed, the product doesn't require heavy support involvement. For a free tool that feels like a fair balance and helps reduce reliance on support. Overall tit works well as a practical utility within a broader toolkit. Files move in and out without trouble and it works comfortably alongside storage platforms, documentation tools and content systems. It's not built for advanced or automated integrations but for routine image handling with minimal setup it's a dependable option!

Cons

Once usage starts going beyond occasional edits the softwares limitations become more noticeable. The free version has clearly defined boundaries so it's not the best fit when you need to handle a large number of files quickly or make repeated changes across many assets. It still works in those cases but the process becomes more manual which can slow things down as volume increases. There's also a tradeoff when it comes to control over more detailed image adjustments. The toolset is deliberately simplified which is helpful for quick edits but that same simplicity means there isn't much room for precise tuning when more specific changes are needed. Anyone used to fine-grained settings or batch focused workflows may run into some friction here and eventually need a more specialized tool. From a workflow perspective the free tier makes more sense as a standalone utility than as something deeply built into automated or multi tool pipelines. It pairs well enough with other tools for occasional use but there are clear limits around customization and scaling repeated processes. Those restrictions are understandable in a free product though they definitely influence when the tool remains effective over time.

Good platform

Pros

Uploading and downloading files is very easy so getting photos in and out takes almost no effort! The background removal tool is the feature I value most because it lets me clean up logos and other visuals for presentation decks making them much easier to paste in without disrupting the overall look. The AI upscaler is also really useful especially for images captured during field work since it helps them look more polished and presentation ready. Another big plus is that there's virtually no setup involved and while you can often use it without an account, having one does make things more convenient.

Cons

Every now and then the final image misses part of an edge or reads part of the background incorrectly although it doesn't happen very often.
