Pros
Right from the start this has been a very accessible platform to use. It helps us uncover opportunities to grow revenue from our customers without needing to do the analysis ourselves. The customer support has also been amazing! It comes with a lot of features and we end up using it almost every day.
Cons
We've really enjoyed using it overall. The only thing currently missing is a feature for gross margin insights although I understand that it's already in development.

Cons
