“accessible platform”
Pros
Right from the start this has been a very accessible platform to use. It helps us uncover opportunities to grow revenue from our customers without needing to do the analysis ourselves. The customer support has also been amazing! It comes with a lot of features and we end up using it almost every day.
Cons
We've really enjoyed using it overall. The only thing currently missing is a feature for gross margin insights although I understand that it's already in development.

“helpful weekly sales insights”
Pros
Those automated weekly insight emails have been genuinely valuable for our sales team at Dependable Food. They cut down on time spent digging through data by clearly highlighting trends and performance without requiring extra analysis.
Cons
This tool has been very useful overall but the way it handles comparisons across different time periods could be better. It would be even more effective if users could customize and compare specific date ranges more easily.
