“flexible tool”
Pros
This has really really made the whole process smooth for me and I appreciate how much flexibility it offers! I can customize things myself when I want to be hands on or I can have their team take care of it when I do not have the time or capacity. It has saved me a huge amount of time when it comes to finding and qualifying leads and it has also handled a lot of the tedious upfront work needed to get us to the stage where we can actually book meetings with potential clients.
Cons
At this point I am trying to make the workflow as hands off as possible so the less I need to step in the better. Of course with AI, there is still a level where human input is needed to add context and that is one area where it could improve. It would be much more helpful if it provided deeper background research on each lead before I engage with people who respond including context on who they are, links to their actual websites and guidance on where I should be looking to prepare for the conversation. That would make the process even more convenient.
